My faith is restored in the lost art of delership ethics!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned Subaru Impreza from the folks at DCH Montclair Acura. What brought me to this dealership initially was a delightful young woman named Ann Morongell. Ann fielded calls from customers and also handled the front desk of the dealership. She was very pleasant and as beautiful as she was efficient. I decided to drive 90 minutes to see the car and meet Ann... I wasn't disappointed with either. I was then introduced to my rep Kirsy Smith. Like Ann, she was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and was able to assist me with a test drive in the Impreza. After negotiating a very good price on the car and a reasonable amount for my trade in, I met with Hamad the finance manager. He worked out a great deal on my financing and offered me a significantly discounted extended warranty program. When I took the car home, I noticed some damage to the front grill that I had not seen when I inspected the car......I returned to the dealership and met with Joe Fardella, the pre-owned sales manager. Despite not having a contractual obligation to repair cosmetic damage on a used car, Joe was more concerned about the DCH reputation and doing the right thing for the customer, than spending a few dollars. He agreed to repair the damage at no cost to me. Needless to say, I was blown away with my experience at DCH Acura. These folks are a different breed of car dealers and if you have been burned in the past by others, come meet these folks......Truly an enjoyable experience. My sincere thanks again to Ann, Kirsy, Hamad and Joe. Keep up the great work!

Professional, Personnal, Proficient

All my expectations were pleasantly met. There was not any pressure to make the purchase yesterday. In the forty some years of purchasing cars , this purchase was the most rewarding and satisfying. I highly recommend DCH Montclair Acura, it's a five-star dealership.

Great!

Harry was amazing! He was very patient with me and my 10 month old daughter, who was running around the store. He was extremely helpful explaining the new "gadgets" in the MDX. He was extremely personable and ensured that we were very happy:) Thanks, harry!

The easiest car buying experience ever!

We recently leased a 2017 Acura MDX. Let me start by saying that my husband and I have had some pretty terrible experiences in the past at other dealerships so we never really know what to expect, and we always kind of go in expecting the worst. This was by far our BEST experience ever with a car dealership! In addition to the fact that the car is absolutely gorgeous, safe, and a pleasure to drive, our entire experience at DCH was easy, fast, and pleasant. Harry Jones was our salesman; he was recommended to us by my father who had also recently purchased a car from him; my dad had only great things to say about him. Harry and Hamad (our finance/business manager) were both such a pleasure to work with. They are both super personable as well as knowledgable. Finally, I could not believe how FAST they were (everything was completed within the span of a few hours!) and there was NO annoying back and forth haggling over prices. We got a great deal on a gorgeous car. Such a wonderful experience!

New Acura RDX advance purchase

Best pre and post automobile purchase experiance at DCH Acura. Sale representative was very pleased and understanding with our requirements. Finance representative Hamad helped making transaction smoother and fastest possible including additional warranties etc.

Great experience getting the car that we wanted

Went in expecting the worst but we got the best experience. I went car shopping a few months ago at other dealerships and was greatly disappointed. I didn't like the way the salesmen would pressure me and going shopping this time I was already expecting This. However, Paul Wong was amazing. He went straight do the point and showed us all the different options that we had. He was very accommodating and offered us something to drink. He showed us different options that the dealer did not see. For this reason

Quick sale

The salesman, Abdullah Rahmoun, was quick, efficient, resourceful and very knowledgeable. Him and Hamad Matari also helped me get a better insurance deal due to their connections and expertise. I had excellent service. Would definitely recommend them!

Great but long

This is a great dealership. They are friendly and easygoing. My experience was a pleasure except that it too so long. I understand all the papers and contract they go over but there has to be a way to simplify it. I do wish i had gotten more from my trade-in but lesson learned. I hope to enjoy my TLX for years to come.

Our first Acura!

After a minute or two upon arriving I was paired with my salesman. Thank you Harry Jones and everyone else at the dealership who helped make this such a stress free experience! I'm looking forward to driving!

Great

So check this out. My wife and I, along with our two daughters decided to go to DCH and check out the MDX. Our current lease is coming up and we wanted to upgrade from a sedan to an SUV. From the moment we sat down we did not get up again until it was time to drive home with our new MDX. Kirsy was very professional and did her best to meet our needs and demands and let me tell you it wasn't an easy one. Our daughters thought they were in a theme park of some sort and were having a blast chasing each other in between cars. Not once did we get unpleasant looks from anyone nor they anyone made us feel uncomfortable. Kirsy turned the "Buyin a new car experience", an experience dislike by most, a pleasant one. I also want to give a big thanks to Robert (new car sales manager) for making this deal happen and Jaime for his good energy. I highly recommend these guys. Can't forget the receptionist, she was very kind!
