I purchased a vehicle from DCH Montclair Acura over two
I purchased a vehicle from DCH Montclair Acura over two months ago, and I still haven’t received my permanent license plate. What’s worse, the dealership hasn’t provided me with a second temporary tag, leaving me unable to legally drive the car I paid for. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but communication has been slow and unhelpful. Each time I call, I get vague answers and no real updates. For a dealership that claims to value customer service, this experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I expected a smoother, more professional process when buying from an Acura dealership, but instead I’ve been left waiting with no clear timeline or accountability. I would not recommend DCH Montclair Acura based on my experience — once they make the sale, it feels like they stop caring about the customer.

Walter made my experience all the better. I was involved in a car accident in my tsx and it was totaled. I came in to look at other options and Walter was very informative and tried to help me out the best he could and that night I left with my 2025 Acura ADX. I love my new vehicle and would recommend it to all my friends and family.
