Lexus of Route 10

I called about a used car that was advertised on the Internet and available at Lexus of Route 10. I was told the car was available and travelled there later in the day to see it . The gentleman that helped me, Duke Snyder, was very friendly and personable and after a test drive, we made a deal for purchase. Some of the wheels on the vehicle were scuffed and he told me he would have those repaired, which he did. I picked the car up a few days later and was very happy with my experience there!

After browsing around this familiar dealership, we met with Humberto Cruz, the sales representative. After reviewing some options, Humberto tuned into my needs and desires and suggested the perfect vehicle! In short, I got the perfect vehicle, the NX, at a price I was happy with! Humberto spent a lot of time with us, was thorough in his explanations and we never felt rushed or overwhelmed. This is my third Lexus, the second time buying from this dealership and I cannot imagine a reason why I would go anywhere else!

John was really helpful. He was able to get us a very good deal on a lease because we had just purchased a new car. It was simple and easy and john was very easy to work with.

RoseMarie, the sales rep who sold the NX 300 to us was helpful and warm in her dealing with us. The only little glitch was we had to wait longer time than promised before we finally were able to get the car. The dealership was not able to provide a good reason for the delay. 😒

Absolutely top notch. Mike Murphy in car delivery was very helpful and cut to the chase on the most important and useful features. Even the finance manager Danny Lee was non pressure and helpful. His supervisor, Julian Raduilic was great to work with too. In addition, the leadership of Tom Maoli and Gary Gabriele shines through at this dealership everytime you walk through the door.
