New Customer and First Service Visit

I brought both the GLS and GLE there for service back to back and the experience was great. I previously had a bad experience at Presitge in Paramus and was told that they could not service this time for 2 weeks. Here they offered me an appointment in 2 days with a loaner vehicle and went right to work on each vehicle with no hassles. The service was performed as proposed and the work was done quickly so that both vehicles were completed within two days. I will never go back to Paramus and will now do my future service and purchases here.

Excellent Service Advisor

I would recommend A. Hopper to anyone needing Service at Mercedes of Caldwell. He was reliable, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely come back to this dealership just because of the way he treated me.

A very happy customer . . .

I have been driving a Mercedes for about 10 years or more. Although I absolutely love Mercedes, I was looking for a change. My mind was made up until I met Michael Mutter. It was Michael that changed my mind. I thought he was one of the best sales people I have ever met. Not only did I end up staying with Mercedes but my sister came in and also bought. I have been recommending Michael since I walked out.

Outstanding Service

My car was there for a safety recall. Quick scheduling. In and out in under an hour. Exceptional experience and they even washed the car!

Service with a smile

I have used this dealership since 2001. It was great then, but even better now. Everyone is so polite and willing to help. I use a walker to ambulated. I have never opened the door! Someone always rushes over to open the door before I get to it. Checking in or out is fast and efficient. Loaner cars are always available when needed. If you wait, the waiting room is comfortable. Refreshments are available. My service rep, Anthony Hooper, is patient, precise and efficient. He is a great asset. All the employees you come in contact with are very friendly and helpful. When you arrive or depart, they even help make certain you have all your personal property. You are never rushed ... even though I am slow. Most importantly, the job is done right ... the first time. My car is returned clean and promptly. Need a dealership, this is the one.

Great experience!

AMAZING SERVICE

Not only was Mercedes very quick and responsive with the service But they were also very kind and professional. They were able to explain everything to me. And as far as the time that the service was done was unbelievably quick! Thank you to everyone at the Caldwell Mercedes service department.
