Please avoid and do yourselves a favor. Despite all the sparkling new buyer reviews, this is what realistically happens after the purchase, when service comes down to the marrow: 2006 Tacoma: They replaced the frame under recall in 2018. Took over 3 weeks once the parts arrived and yet the work was done so poorly that it was visibly missing bolts and felt shaky. Claimed it was done properly, and that's that. Then two months later my right front strut suddenly snapped like a toothpick, and I literally crashed into someone's front yard to avoid a telephone pole at 30mph. Rather than telling me that ALL the original suspension components were also rusted-out and giving me the option to replace them (even at my expense) while the truck was completely disassembled, and it would have been easy and cheap for everyone.... they put it back together like that without saying a word, and I nearly hit a pole head on when their work suddenly blew apart. Complete denial on their part even when I showed photos of the rusted strut that was whittled down to a toothpick when it snapped... No accountability. 2018 Highlander: Transmission began failing at 49.000 miles. Bought it brand new with 5 miles on the ODO. Never abused and never towed. Vehicle didn't move much for two years during COVID. Powertrain warranty would have still covered it at only 49k miles, but they said it was over 5 years despite the low mileage so tough luck and instead gave us no options and simply a $10,640 quote to replace the transmission as the only way to go. (Same failed design. rebuilt, not new. $11,316 after taxes, w/ no meaningful warranty against it happening again in another 40k miles.) I asked how much it was worth in this shape as a trade in, knowing it was worth aprox 30k in otherwise VGC shape prior to this "service checkup".... and they quoted us $13k for the vehicle as-is, and offered absolutely no help otherwise except to charge us $200 just to put it on a lift and have someone literally "listen" to the engine for 30 seconds and determine its a total loss requiring a $11,316 rebuild...... that would take 4-6 weeks just for the rebuild and another two for the install.... and when i asked if they would at least offer a loaner vehicle to help my family, they refused and said they would only provide one for two days, out of 2 months+. I have done a collective $100k+ with Toyota in the past 18 years beginning as a first-time buyer in 2006, and now as the first owner of a worthless piece of junk they deny any responsibility for even though it is crystal clear what happened. Avoid at all costs and visit Kia or Hyundai instead where at least they stand behind their products, so no one has to deal with this kind of customer nightmare. Avoid this dealership and be leery of any 8speed transmission offered on any Toyota vehicle after 2017.

Nikson Nikollaj and my first new car!
August 27th, 2022 I visited the Toyota dealership with my father with hopes of purchasing my first ever car. We had been looking for a brand new car for a very long time and most of the surrounding dealerships in our area had nothing on them and required a long wait. However, upon arriving at the Toyota dealership, we were greeted by Nikson Nikollaj who brought us to his desk and showed us their inventory, which to our surprise, had several options, including a beautiful 2022 Camry TRD in what I believe was called Cavalry Blue (Don’t quote me on this!) that was in the parking lot. I immediately fell in love with the car and Nikson offered to let us take it for a test drive for however long we pleased (I instantly took his offer). I loved it. When we got back, Nikson discussed pricing, offering us a generous deal, right after helping me convince my dad that this was the car for me. Nikson was very patient and very helpful, and with his assistance, we were able to purchase my first car! I would also like to mention that Nikson will occasionally reach out via email to check-in and ask about my experiences with the car so far and I truly appreciate it! I love the car and I love the color which we were told is pretty rare for the model, and I even found out that I was lucky considering the dealership had the car for less than 24 hours! Thanks again for all of your help!! 10/10 for sure and I am happy as can be!

CARS ARE NOT SAFE AT THIS DEALERSHIP
My 2009 Prius needed new key, while it was parked there the catalytic converter was stolen. The General Manager didn't disagree that it was stolen from their lot but told me they assume no responsibility. They will not cover any of the cost for repairs or my insurance deductible. The service department told me that this is a common crime in the area, and yet the dealership took no measures to secure my car.

REGULAR EVERY SIX MONTH OIL CHANGE
I been coming to Toyota of Stamford for many years sense 2003 when I bought my car. This time around customer service was not that good, The agent had very little eye contact was a bit to serious and the way she was explaining things she sound more like a programed robot , when I went to pick up the car she saw me in line this other men came after me when it was my turn the men when before me cutting me in line , it would of ben nice for her to tell him to wait he's turn and taken me just because I was there first and she saw me. I am more then sure she is a very nice young lady and know how to do her job but a smile and a bit more friendly the customer feels good and at home. I was going to change my car wipers that morning but change my mind. I will still keep going to Toyota Of Stamford and recommend it to anyone. I been in customer service for more then twenty years and is important because that's how you build relationships and business. Thank you.

Test Drive with Toyota of Stamford
Probably one of the BEST car leasing experiences I've had in ages. Spent a full Saturday bouncing from several dealership (Honda, Subaru, Nissan). The attention I received throughout the entire process has been unparalleled. My salesperson Nikson could not have been better!!! He knows the product, is very approachable and answered questions and concerns I had about the vehicle even outside of our original appointment. I opted to return to Toyota on a Fri evening still unsure of my decision but the staff made the process so pleasant and matched a competitor’s offer that I couldn't walk away. Toyota's are great cars but knowing how exceptional and helpful the staff at Toyota of Stamford is such an added bonus. If you are in the market for a car --- Call Nikson Nikollaj him and Steve will make it happen!

Good Service
It went very well. Everything was fine except the TV in the waiting area. They turned it down for me. Rich Breksa was my service manager.
