The salesman was excellent. He knew every detail about the Audi Q3, and the particular functions available with the technology package. He described the features of the car while I test drove the vehicle.

Do not waste your time going to valenti vw we were trading in a car and they told us it had a salvage title and they were only going to give us $1000 dollars when it was worth at least $4000! We contacted the bank and they said it didn't have a salvage title! We went to a local dealership and saw the car we wanted were approved the same day and got the true value of what our trade was worth! STAY AWAY!!!!

I recently purchased a 2014 CPO S4 and worked with Scott Brouard who took me through the whole car buying process seamlessly. Scott walked me through the deal details, handled the financing for me and worked through the NYS registration process, even though they are based in CT. He was polite, professional and easy to work with. He even responded to questions I asked about the car during his days off. This was even after we closed the deal. I felt he gave me a fair deal on my purchase and my trade-in as well. It was definitely a pleasurable experience and would definitely buy another car from him.

I have been to a lot of car dealers over the past year. Because I am 5 feet tall, I had a very hard time finding a car that worked for me and I wound up driving over 55 cars, and going to many, many dealerships from Honda and Kia through Lexus, BMW, and Audi. When I say it's a real pleasure to write a review about a dealership that does it right, it's not coming from someone who has been to just one dealership and came out a happy camper. I can state unequivocally Valenti Audi in Watertown is 1st rate and far surpassed many high-end car dealers. One Audi dealer I went to was so aggressive the salesperson emailed me at 5:40 in the morning, and tried to convince me that test driving an A5 would be equivalent to an A4. Better yet, if we signed a sales agreement he would find the car we wanted, and maybe they could get it in a month or six weeks. What a guy! My husband wanted a car with a manual transmission. Very few cars are made with manual transmissions, and with the exception of a Mazda3, if you find one they are entry models without the bells and whistles we have come to know and rely on. We were lucky enough to find a 2014 used Audi 4 at Valenti Audi on line, and they actually had more than one manual available, including a 2015 A4 in stock. Our salesperson, Alan Sholtis, worked me to make certain the car would be available when my husband came back from a business trip and held it even though snow delayed us getting there. Alan also understood what was important to my husband and was able to answer every question he had. He encouraged my husband to take the car on an extensive test drive, to make certain the A4 was going to meet his needs. The process of buying the car was easy. We believe we negotiated a fair price without the ridiculous going back and forth to "sales managers" that is so common with most dealerships. The car was delivered beautifully detailed, and Alan took the time to go over everything in the car. (When I bought my car the salesperson offered to have "the new guy" show me how to use the Bluetooth. Period.) Although our local Audi dealership is a few miles away, buying the car at Valenti Audi was a wise decision. Best of all, my husband loves the A4.
