The Best Honda Service Department

I bought my car at this dealer and have had it serviced at the same dealer for the last 10 years. They are easy to get an appointment and explain what service the car has been given and any recommendations. Very nice and knowledgeable people to work with. Comfortable waiting room with excellent coffee.

An honest helpful staff took the anxiety out of my used car search experience. Wonderful staff. I noticed a cracked taillight and a problem with the radio within a few days of buying car and they replaced both.

Car Repairs.

Went in to have my radio checked and they provided me with an estimate and ordered the part to be repaired. Also go my airbag replaced because it was on a recall which was good to know.

Worst dealership

Aweful experience. Mary.Rycerz who happened to be my Sales person was impolite and had unwanted attitude. I had a quote from another place and she denied to match the price. When we asked her to call her manager she had her General Manager come in. When we showed the proof of the quote all he had to say was ?Sorry that you came all the way here since you were getting this price at the other place? So I politely asked him what is wrong in coming in here? His reply was because we will not match this price simple as that. By the way his name is Dan. Never in my life I will step in to that dealership nor will I ever recommend this dealership to any of my friends.
