Mr Angelov

Very satisfied from Kevin Campbell . He was the one that convinced me to buy new car. After bad experiences from previous dealership, Kevin made my shopping emotionally and I ended up with buying car. Highly recommend this guy, even if you don’t want to buy or don’t like the numbers, just go and see him.

Junior went above and beyond when I had my car serviced. He explained everything and offered recommendations as warranted. His customer service skills are an asset to the Auto Nation Service Team. I will remember to ask for him on all my future visits.

Oil Change

Dealer Auto Service tries to upsell on services. I fell for it. I am looking to purchase a new vehicle. It wont be from Auto Nation. I had my car in for services prior to oil change and everything on maintenance list was taken care of. I was told I needed spark plugs. I have 70k on vehicle and Honda recommends a 100k. Plus the service clerk attempted to overcharge me by stating she provided the wrong quote. Stay away.

Technician was very friendly and did not try to sell me other services not necessary. Oil change was completed in less than 1 hour.
