Luis Cavazos was excellent throughout the car buying

Luis Cavazos was excellent throughout the car buying process very knowledgeable and helpful. He talked us through every step and explained everything to us, but most of all EXCELLENT customer service. I would definitely recommend Luis to everyone I know.

Everyone at the dealership has been very, very helpful

Everyone at the dealership has been very, very helpful and nice. We’re like a big family no matter who you talk to. If they can’t help you they send you to the person that can, which is great. Also, I can’t really can’t say anything bad. Everybody has a good attitude there, which is very important to the customer. Dillon’s been very nice to me. Mike when he was there Yorkie he was there all Sales people are nice to me even my own sales person is nice above and beyond they help you that’s what families do.

Everyone is so nice there they call me by my first name

Everyone is so nice there they call me by my first name which is nice. We’re like a big family. They take care of you when you are coming in for service. They ask you if everything is OK and they wish you well as you’re leaving which is very nice.

Horrible.

Horrible. I came to buy a car and was given an OUT-THE-DOOR price for a Honda Odyssey ($44,100) on the phone, right when I walked in the door. Rachel confirmed it for me, my husband, and my father. After we test drove the car and waited about 45 minutes, she gave us a new price of over $48,000?!? She acted like we were crazy to think the price she told us was correct. No apology, no explanation, no accountability. Horrible. There may be honest salespeople at this location, but Rachel is not one of them.
