About : Blasius in Waterbury, CT. !!First let me state that the ?Sales Department? is amazing my buying experience was as good as it could possibly be!! Unfortunately, after that you have to deal with their Service Dept. Now it goes downhill extremely fast! My truck had some problems so I made an appointment dropped it off and gave them a list of everything I was having a problem with. When I picked it up not everything was fixed, so I went back into the service department and a young lady told me to make an early appointment and that they would get it in right away, so I did ?PS: The next appointment I could get was about three weeks away?. I dropped my truck on the day of my appointment at 6:45 AM because I had a 7:00 AM appointment. I made arrangements to have someone pick me up because I had things to do that day. When I came back at about noon, I was told they didn?t even start on my truck, and basically because ?I Didn?t Sit in There Waiting Room and Stare at Their Walls? that my car had to wait until they got around to it, also the young lady that spoke to me had a bit of an attitude! I explained that I was told to make an early appointment so my truck would be taken in early, basically the response I was given was ?To Bad?. When they finally took my car in about thirty minutes later, it was only in the shop about fifteen minutes. I got the keys and was told that there was nothing wrong with the truck. I took it for a decent ride to be sure it was warmed up and was working correctly, I found that the problem I brought it in for was still there, I went back to the service department and explained that the problem was still there. The same young lady got up in a huff I asked her if I can take my truck to another Chevy place to get it repaired, she said yes, I said that?s what I will do and left ?This was one of the WORST Experiences I have ever had with getting a motor vehicle repaired! In closing I would have to say that ?Blasius Chevrolet Is ?A Great Place to Buy a Vehicle? but probably ?One of The WORST Places to Have Your Vehicle Serviced?! Unfortunately, you may want to think about buying a vehicle from Blasius because ?The Service or In This Case Lack Of? is just as important as the purchase!

Horrible dealership and experience!
Horrible dealership and experience! DO NOT buy from them. They were un-willing to negotiate anything on my purchase. The only reason I moved forward and made the purchase was because the vehicle basically sold itself. They luckily had a superior product to sell me. I made all the adjustments on my side (i.e. putting larger down payment, finding reasonable outside financing, etc.) The salesman was ok but the rest of staff was terrible. The sales manager were un-willing to give me anything more on my trade of money off the price. They would not throw in anything extra at all. The finance staff took forever. Even the receptionist was rude! Also, the vehicle description was wrong in some places. It said it had things when it didn't and what not which I am finding more and more discrepancies as I figure out things. At the end of the day all they care about is making the sale. Customer service is non-existent. I was told many times when trying to negotiate better pricing that they are a high volume dealer and they already have the best prices. High volume = Don't care about customer!

While it is certainly true that we are a high volume dealership, we believe the main reason for that is the combination of our aggressive pricing and quality customer service. In many cases, our pricing is listed at the lowest possible level to entice customers and we have no room to move. It sounds like this applied to your situation. We do apologize if you feel you were not treated properly as that is certainly not our intent nor the model that has brought us a large devoted customer base over the years.
My car leasing journey with Vinnie Constantino.
For approximately the last 10 years I’ve been leasing my cars from Loehmann Blasius Chevrolet with Vinnie Constantino. This time I decided to buy my lease, a 2020 Trax. Vinnie made the transition easy and as convenient as possible. He knows his stuff but also knows his customers as well. I have always felt confident that Vinnie will sell me the car I like and need and I have never felt pressured to get options not suited for me. I highly recommend Loehmann Blasius Chevrolet and especially Vinnie Constantino when it comes to your next car buying experience.

No bweano ,,, they write their own reviews and say how good they are. I seen them give a costumer a brand new car ,, it looked like they gawged the fender on the way way out of the garage and they tried to touch it up rite in front of me with touch up paint and it was all streaky and lumpy instead of fixing it rite in the body shop. They are very rude because they already have your money. They really are un professional and that Fritz is no better. The owner acts like his sales people!!!

I recently purchased a 2023 CT-4 from lohemans. My salesman was Patrick Mconachie, For someone my age I have purchased a lot of cars in my days so by this point I didn't need a salesperson who was pushy. I gave Patrick a few barometers that I wanted him to follow just to see if he would, to which he did, we went back and forth on a few cars before finally settling on this one. Once the cars was pirchased there was one slight imperfection that I just was not happy with, I contacted Patrick and he handled the situation to my delight, brought the car in and had it back 2 days later. I would highly recomend contacting Patrick and Lohemans to assist you in your next car or truck purchase. Mike Eliasson salesman at Blasius.
Although I have not purchased a vehicle at this time because I was tied up with a medical issue. I feel that the salesmanship, caring attitude, professionalism, all without a pushy attitude of one particular salesman should be heralded. Mike Eliasson just great! Not only is he right on top of all the ins and outs of keeping the potential buyer informed he also has a very caring attitude. His type of performance speaks great things about how much Blasius dealerships care about their customers. Kudos to Mike and Blasius. It's refreshing to have a Salesman and a dealership that is more interested in customer satisfaction and just pushing to empty the car lot!

Totally disgusted
They broke my usb ports ona simple exchange of my counseled because of the time they’re under I’m guessing. My handy capt parking permit is missing, not sure which time I had it in there it went issuing My relatives had problems with them when I was a teenager, ow I know why,,,,, ad the vehicle I purchased wasn’t even detailed befor it was given to me ,,,it was like pulling teeth for them to honor what they said they were going to do,, because they already had my money. I can’t even believe any good reviews they have,, I think they wrote them their self
