A great leasing experience and service followed
I felt comfortable that my service app't would be handled quickly and efficiently. I met my salesperson in the hall outside the lounge and he checked with the service rep to assure that all was going well.

on going issue with my oil consumption
I had an on going issue with my oil consumption. Everytime I went to the dealership they were very very helpful professional and polite. Since I have owned this truck I have always had an excellent experience when I have went there.

Service
There was a lack of adult size chairs in the waiting room. Problems were addressed quickly and repaired in a reasonable time frame. Cost as always was more than we wanted to spend.

seatbelt stuck and front piece under front of car
The service staff was very helpful and the manager did an exceptional job. I was upset about what I considered a design flaw in the rubber piece under the front of the car that scraps often even on small inclines. I love love my car and have had the best experience ever at a dealership at Blasius. I was asking for the information to contact the GM rep and the manager listened to me and then took the charge off the bill. It was so helpful land they listened and truly helped this customer. great service department
The front rubber piece under front bumper came loose. The service department fixed and replaced and when I asked for info to contact the manufacture GM they listened about my thoughts that this was a design flaw and offered to replace it free of charge. I love this dealership and this car. The service department was great and the manager was wonderful. It has been my best dealer experience ever. Thanks

Fixing Piston Issue
Mike handled my concern with patience and helped me feel more at ease. I have had a couple of mechanical issues and I want to have a safe car. I feel going into the winter season now at a better comfort level with all my issues fixed and with reassurance!

Great work
