I was told that the throttle body was blown on my car and the cost would be 1000 for p&l. The assistant manager Marshall suggested I buy a used one and bring back to them and they would fix for 300$. Paid $214 for a new throttle body and had my mechanic install and still didn’t work. Had to have car towed back to dealership and was given the cold shoulder. Long story short my car had a blown fuse that cost $7. And my “blown” throttle body is still n my car. I spent 500+ dollars on a blown fuse. They were gonna overcharge me $993. Worse experience ever

I really enjoyed getting my new car (a RAV-4). Quincy and everyone who worked at the dealership were extremely helpful and talked me through the process and got me a great deal. They were not pushy at all and I left the dealership with my new car and felt great about it.

I highly recommend this dealership and saleswoman, Emily! Everyone is professional but bring humor to a Process that can be long and not so fun! They take into consideration your time and needs. This dealership is a long drive for me but I will never go to another!

I first went online to review the new Camry. I selected an exterior an interior color for my Camry. Also selected a sun roof as an add on. Quincy and his team worked very hard t deliver the car I wanted. He did not give up util he knew I was happy. This is my third Camry purchase from A-1 Toyota. Although I have considered going somewhere else the deal has always been better at A-1, the price, service and location make the deal. As long time Toyota owners, we are so happy with the level of service and care that Dado provided to us in buying our Rav-4. He is like family, someone we trust and can feel free to call with any issues. Meeting the greater A-1 team in Hatim, Mustafa, Paul, Gary (who sold us our first car 12 years ago!), and Sunny made our long wait all the more pleasant, and it was worth it in the end. So I walked in to A1 Toyota in new haven already had in mind to look for a sales rep named of Amjad since we read many good reviews about his service. He was very professional and patient he found the exact car we were looking which was a highlander , he gave a us a test drive just to make sure we like it and we actually loved it .the whole process was smooth from the mintue we walked in I'm very happy we came here it was the best choice i really recommend Amjad for anyone that's looking to buy or lease his awesome and knows he stuff and let's not forget also a big shout out to Hatem he was the manager very nice and welcoming and helped thru the process ,thank you A1 Toyota for having a great team like this part of ur company !
