Awful felt like I was being ripped off found out they put

Awful felt like I was being ripped off found out they put subpar brake pads on, didn’t repair what was leaking, instead fixed something that was already fixed. Never will I go back. I bought two brand new cars there and had one other service there since 1999. Never again can’t trust them

I wanted to come in on Saturday, since that's when I'm

I had an appointment at 9am for an oil change and tire

I had an appointment at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there for over 2 hours with no explanation as to why it took so long. I let them know through their text inquiry afterward, but still no response. I'm very unhappy about that.
