First Oil Change & Service

I was told the appointment would last approx. 1.5 hours and the work was completed on time. The service rep, Michael, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The customer waiting area is very comfortable and clean.

Oil Change & Tire Rotation

Nick listened to my concerns for the future and gave me very honest and helpful recommendations. It is a pleasure to deal with someone who does not take advantage of you. I was able to use my coupon that came in the mail and the service was very efficient.

Manager gave me the coupon price to take care of a few things needed. Friendly service and nice to get the car washed as well.

The customer service was great and the communication was key . I was kept informed along the way. And was offered a shuttle to work which I didnt need but it’s good to know for the future should I need it .

Routine scheduled maintenance

The Acura service department met expectations in performing the scheduled maintenance on my vehicle from start to finish. The Service Agent, Michael, was professional, cordial, friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. The waiting area was very clean and provided all the amenities necessary to make the wait comfortable and pleasant.

Update 1/21/20: Due to a defective oil filter from the manufacturer. Oil had been leaking for nearly 1 week. Upon discovery, car needed to be brought back in for urgent service. Once again, Michael Heath fulfilled a core customer svs values, where the customer always comes first. He expedited the rework process with minimal annoyance and disruption to my day. He rectified the faulty part situation professionally and was most of all open and honest. His integrity and leadership to get things done were very notable.
