Admitted Damage, No Real Fix They acknowledged ruining
Admitted Damage, No Real Fix They acknowledged ruining my truck’s interior but offered only a cosmetic patch and no real accountability.

The sales man was good.
The sales man was good. We had a problem with Robert Boyle the finance manager. He made error in paperwork regarding miles on car, date of sales and amount of bank check we were to provide. He disregarded our concerns on mileage and sales date errors and after he called us and told us the amount of bank check we were to provide he made an error in amount because he miscalculated the tax. Each time we indicated he made an error he didn't acknowledge it, he made an error and just shrugged it off. When it came to the error in amount of check we were to provide he undercalculated amount so our bank check was short a little over $18.00. We gave him a $20.00 bill to pay that amount which he took but when we told him we wanted our change back he immediately gave us the $20.00 bill back and said he wasn't a bank. We asked where there is change and he said we would have to go upstairs to the office and try and get change. At that time we told him it was his error and he should handle the difference we owed because it was his error, not ours. He was not about to take responsibilty for the $18.00 or get change so we gave him a credit card to pay his error. As he left the office with our charge card to get it processed we heard him say, "xxxx OFF" to us. At the end of our dealings with him he told us "never to come back". Now this must be clarified by saying this was the second new Camry we bought here with in a 3 month period. Both new, both cash, both from same salesman (he is why we came back for the second car), but this time we had to deal with Robert Boyle, Finance Manager. This individual does not know how to deal with clients. We are both in our 70's, and bought 2 cars, paid cash and we really don't feel his treatment of us was what you should expect. We do not recommend this dealership if you are looking for a car because by chance you might just have to be treated rudely by Robert Boyle, Finance Manager. There is much more we could have written here but the major points were made. There is no longer kindness, or respect from this person. Stay away.

BE SMART. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP
Otto lied to me and said that if i didnt like the Cross I ordered I could get back deposit. There was no car on lot to try driving. Waited 2 months and Otto said there was a used cross I could drive. I drove it and it was Very noisy which is bad for my medical condition. I asked for my refund back before the ordered car came in. Otto also showed me a probably fake list of waitlisted people waiting for the Cross and other vehicles to show that others would be given car if it wasn’t right for me. Mathew the manager and Joe the owner would not give deposit back after Otto told me twice I would get deposit back! The owner is a xxxxxxx and rude. BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!

Shady business.
If you are young or a POC, do not go here. My experience at the dealership was extremely unsettling. After many phone calls to confirm pickup (10:30AM, 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM), my wife and I showed up, and they pretended to not know we were coming. Lukas was the financial manager and was extremely rude, even though we didn’t need financing. I showed up with a cashier’s check for the amount of the Supra and Lukas said my check was fake and then tried to tell my wife (who was in banking for 5 years) that it was a draft check. My wife revealed to them it was a cashier’s check, and he didn’t believe us. He then physically took my check and circled the back of it and said “because I have to endorse this, it is a draft check”. They then took my check to the back and left me for 28 mins at the front desk. To which I called navy federal to ask them to verify the check, and they didn’t believe me, even though navy federal verified the check. They also told me they hated dealing with Navy Federal. I contacted my local base to inform them and to blacklist this dealership. I’m extremely unsatisfied with this total experience. Brandon was the only saving grace. He was friendly and made me want to still buy.

Zero stars
If I could give less then 1 star, I would have. Went into this dealership last month to look at a truck they had on their lot. We asked about financing at first, but once the loan came back with a huge down payment, we said no we will pay cash outright. We had 3 different purchase orders. Msrp on the truck went up on them, they added a warranty after we said no warranty, and changed everything on us. Today, I get notice from capital one, that my husband and I have a loan through capital one for the truck we were looking at. We never got the truck, never finalized the paperwork, never registered the truck, so how do we have a loan. We were told to leave the dealership after we asked them to remove the extended warranty from the paperwork and to put the price of the truck where it originally was! This dealership screwed us, took a month of our time, and we never even got a truck! My lawyer will be dealing with them next.

Wish we could give zero stars. Bought two new cars here, brought the Highlander in for servicing with 6,100 miles on it in perfect shape. Went to pick it up and there was grease all over front and middle seats, grease on driver's seat, door, console, even front of glove compartment. Asked for service manager, told "unavailable", guy came out to look, offered to "try" to clean it, no thanks, asked for general manager, told "unavailable", would call me next day, never did, I called again, spoke with him, acted as if he really didn't care. Thanks for making such a mess of our vehicle Middletown Toyota, you lost our business. If you bring your car for servicing, have a good grease cleaner on hand.

Dawn's New TOY!!!
I had a great experience buying my new (used) 4Runner at Middletown Toyota! I worked with Matthew (sales manager) who was pleasant and pressure free, and Liam (sales consultant) who was entertaining and down to earth. Ultimately I ended up with a great truck, a very good price, and it was painless! I plan to go back with my son and help him buy his next vehicle soon!

Stolen accessories
My dad purchased a new 2014 RAV4 in February 2014. We realized a few weeks later that it didn't come with floor mats, but we got the car for a good price, so we thought maybe they weren't included in this particular car. Fast forward 6 years. We are cleaning up old paper work and stumble across the owner's manual and window sticker. We take a look, and it turns out that the floor mats AND a roof rack were supposed to be included with the car. Funny enough, we ended up purchasing the roof rack ourselves with our own money 3 months after the car because we needed it. So we are in January 2020, we had to make THREE trips to the dealer and finally got a chance to speak with the owner. Let me say it was an absolute waste of time. The sales manager had forwarded our concern to the owner, which is good. However, as soon as I introduced myself to him today, he knew why I came to the dealer and immediately flipped me off and walked away. He said it's been too long and will absolutely not reimburse me. But I know he can't prove anything because dealerships don't tell you to make sure the car has everything and then sign off on it. They just stick you in the car and you're on your way. Joe Klimas, the owner, does not deserve to run this business. Extremely disrespectful. He was in such a rush to get away from me. That's extremely rude and demonstrates his cowardliness. My dad's boss purchased a new Lexus five years ago and also recently realized that his floor mats were missing. The dealership gave him new ones and even apologized for the trouble. If you are looking to purchase a car, new or used, go to a different dealership, preferably one that doesn't steal your accessories and then says you took them out of the car just to get a second set. I know this review is long but I hope you took the time to read it, and hopefully you go somewhere where customer satisfaction is the top priority.
