Bill came lower than expected

Most dealers are highly priced but not this one. Karen and Jeff were courteous and attentive and the bill came even lower than expected! We all know this doesn't usually happen. Not only will I be back but I will recommend this service department as well.

Recommendation

Buying a car is usually nasty business, and the car salesman, generally speaking, deserve their bad reputation. However, Quality Subaru in Wallingford, Connecticut actually made the whole buying process into a pleasant experience after which a customer could go home with a good car and a good taste in his mouth. My sales representative, Gary Thomsen, work very hard to match my driving needs with my budgetary constraints. He was helpful, straightforward, and there were no hidden or unexpected charges and fees. He treated me like a friend and was ready to help me with any questions day or night. Very Good Dealership

I purchased a Forester in 2002 it was the best car didn't go to any other dealer. The salesmen are very helpful and will give u a good price.

Quality Subaru Staff

I was not sure what kind of vehicle I wanted. The staff at Quality were exceptional. Even though I told them that I was just looking and not sure if I was in the market for a Subaru, they were very helpful. You couldn't ask for better salesmen for help. My Crosstrek is fun to drive.

Looking for a new car to lease

Forester Subaru was at the top of my list for cars I might want to lease. Wallingford Quality Subaru was the first place I looked and ended being the only place. This was on a Saturday April 12th. Gary Thomsen made looking for a car an extremely relaxed and enjoyable experience. Last summer Wall Street Journal had an article on finding the right size car. The Subaru Forester was highly recommended for someone my height because the visibility is so good. Since my salesman is well over six feet and I am just under 5'2' the Forester proved to be a car that accommodates many heights. As soon as I drove the Forester I loved it and knew I would be very happy owning/leasing one. Gary Thomsen made the entire process easy and by the following Wednesday April 16th. I had exactly the color and interior I wanted and was driving it home. I am delighted with my choice and I feel very fortunate to have had Gary Thomsen as my guide through the process. I would highly recommend Quality Subaru in Wallingford, CT.

great service

Karen Prisco very friendly and is always willing to fit you in for service. I did not buy my car there but always use the service department. They do a great job.

Excellent Service Department

Jeff and Karen are always so helpful and friendly. They do a great job accommodating appointments and always deliver what they promise. I would highly recommend Quality Subaru to anyone looking for an exceptional service team!!! I travel an hour to use this dealership and I have one in my back yard!!!!

My son had bought a care from this dealership in 2013. We love his Crosstrex and wanted to purchase one ourselves. Service was good.Mike was helpful in obtaining the car that we wanted. In my opinion, the deal was done efficiently and honestly.

"would I buy another Subaru and would it be at Quality?"

I think that is best testimonial to a dealership and service department. I feel like the people at Quality want to make sure I am driving a safe car not just a car I purchased there and service there. Integrity in people is what I value.
