I made an appointment for a day for a specific vehicle. They called me the day of to confirm to see the vehicle. I drove two hours over there and they told me the vehicle was sold. Tell me what kind of experience I had.

We traveled to Brustolon from RI because they had a great

We traveled to Brustolon from RI because they had a great selection of used trucks. We found one that we loved and were ready to buy, but ultimately walked away due to their shady finance tactics. We purchased a truck the next day from Nucar in RI because there were very transparent and treated us respectfully.

I have been searching for a Corvette for about 2 years.

I have been searching for a Corvette for about 2 years. Came across a beautiful Corvette with an unique color. Contacted the dealer and Mr. Arvy Samis responded quickly. He was very professional and explained the process for buying the Corvette, since I am from out of state. We schedule an appointment. Two days later I arrive for the appointment and the car was out front, clean and ready to go. There was no surprises all went well. I would recommend Arvy, and give him 5 stars.

Worst experience!

Worst experience! We found a vehicle online we liked. Test drove it. We went back to talk about the price that was advertised. We were told they do not negotiate prices. They would not give us an out-the-door price. Sent us to the finance department, who was rude and very unfriendly and gave us a ridiculously high interest rate despite an A+ rating. They miscalculated payments and fees, and the salespersons became agitated when we opted out of their 'fixed' fees that are optional. Then, when we offered the vehicle's asking price and were willing to pay in full, with no financing, the salesperson changed his tune and said he couldn't give us that price unless we financed through them because the advertised price included incentives - what a racket! We spent almost 4 hours there, and no one ever mentioned that the price listed would be different if we didn't get financing from them! We walked out. What a horrible place to do business. The salesperson lacked math skills and knowledge about what he was attempting to sell. It was not our first atrocious experience here, but we opted to give them a second chance. Never again!

I would not buy this car from this dealership.

I would not buy this car from this dealership. We were completely misled by the sales person. The advertised mileage here is not what is actually on the car. The actual mileage is 43+K. The sales guy said that probably was because he wasn’t sure how many people test drove it. That’s impossible when it was only on the lot for 2-3 weeks at the time and when you test drive it they only let you go barely a mile and back. My husband and the manager finally agreed on a final price which was the original listed price of 37k. From the time they agreed until my husband started working with the finance manager the car went up to 39k (all within minutes of them coming to this agreement) and the sales manager refused to give him the agreed price. It was a complete scam.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this dealership.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. I called on Monday about a car to make sure it was available before I drove over an hour to see it. I was told it was available and then a few minutes later I was told it wasn't available and that it sold on Saturday. Now it is Wednesday and all of the listings are still online on several sites, including the dealership's own website. So I call and ask if it's actually available and am told yes it's available, when would I like to see it. 30 seconds later I get another call saying the vehicle was NOT available and in fact sold on Monday (the day I called in the morning about seeing it). So I said why was I told it sold on Saturday if it sold on Monday and if it sold then why is it still listed everywhere as being available? They said the original guy buying it changed his mind and then changed it back later on Monday. So I asked if he wasn't buying in when I called then why couldn't I see it and why is it still listed as available? The MANAGER said it's still listed because the car hasn't shipped yet and they hadn't received the money for it. Obviously I then asked, then how am I suppose to know if it becomes available again if it's still listed as available now, but it's not? He rudely said that's how they do things and it's definitely not available. Can you say SKETCHY? It seems like they just didn't want to sell the car to a woman. Or maybe just to me, not sure why since I've never met any of them and simply asked if a car was available as advertised. So we have lying salesmen, false advertising, and likely discrimination. Not surprised there are so many other bad reviews and they have an F on BBB. Save yourself the headache and don't bother with this place.

This is the email I sent to the salesman. To be completely honest with you, I did not have a great experience buying from you or Brustolon. While on the test drive you never asked how I liked the vehicle and only had me drive it less than a half mile down the road and turn around to return to the dealership. That was the shortest “test drive” I have ever been on. Then when your finance manager and yourself had me bouncing back and forth that was also ridiculous. Then you and I had an appointment last Monday between 10 and 1030 am and when I walked into the dealership you had a customer you were speaking to at your desk. I was waiting in the waiting room for 23 minutes and you told me you told the finance manager I was there for him and when I asked him he told me you never told him I was there. Then to top it off the truck wasn’t ready like you said it would be at 1030.If it wasn’t ready you should have called me in the morning and told me. So I had to drive and come all the way back for 215. Then when you were trying to do my registration I was videoing you grunting, huffing and puffing the whole time. I ended up changing my address on my registration myself this morning so I am all set with what ever you were trying to do. But that was a bad experience I had buying with you and Brustolon. If there is anything I miss understood about my experience feel free to express that to me but it was a headache to do business with you.

I just bought a high-spec Lucid from Brustolon and

I just bought a high-spec Lucid from Brustolon and couldn't imagine a better buying experience. My sales rep, Arvy Samis, was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and very fair. He went out of his way to learn about the Lucid so he could demo the features, then worked with me to make the sale happen efficiently. I recommend him highly to any potential car buyers The business office experience was great as well, taking less than 5 minutes to complete the transaction. That has a to be close to a record. Brustolon is a great place to buy late model used cars at very attractive prices. They specialize in these cars and have a with no attempts to load me up with unneeded extras. The whole experience convinced me I should go back to them the next time I am in the market. I live 175 miles from their showroom, but I know it will be worth the drive
