Very rude
Service rep, Mikey was very rude. Would not ever go to that dealership again. Find a McGrath dealership they treat you with respect. The way this person responded to my questions and need for help makes you wonder why the owners would ever let him deal with the public.

Great Experience. Highly Recommend! Honda on Grand
I was patiently shopping around for a 2019 Honda CR-V. I tend to do all my exchanges via email so I have a paper recourse if something is "mis-quoted". No need here. Jamel Redmond from Honda on Grand replied FIRST and he courteously responded to my emails. I sent request out to 7 dealers and his offer was the best. The internet is a wonderful thing and IF you do your homework you can be much more informed than in the past. Read the forums, do your research and test drive the vehicle. THEN let the dealers compete for YOUR business. Don't use TruCar, CarFax,Consumer Reports buying service, Costco etc. YOU can be empowered to do it on your own. Jamel and the team at Honda on Grand played no games, produced what they said they would and there were no surprises when closing the deal. James Dinino in the business office was thorough and allowed us the time to review all documents at our own pace. The whole process was painless. I highly recommend Jamel and the team for your next automobile purchase.

Spur of the moment oil change
Was out and about and contacted Honda on Grand to see when I could schedule an oil change. Michael said he’d be able to get me in immediately and that the service would take 1 hr. Michael was true to his word - service timely and efficient!
