Artioli Chrysler Dodge Ram

Saturday, 6/27/2015, purchased a used car from Artioli Chrystler Dodge in Enfield Ct, that dealer ship as insane, mobbed with people, and cars were moving at a heartbeat, we spent about 3 hrs with all the confusion, but got thru everything, sales, financing, and delivery, don't know how we did it but everything worked to perfection I don't know how the salesperson kept tract of what was going on, ( Gary Vega ) awesome job !!!!! Joe THANK-YOU, your staff is great !!! Pizza was just as good...Very friendly and polite service...Thank-you, Roland and Loree Fitzgerald....

Had alot to pick from for a great price for trade in and a great rate on loan in twenty minutes great sales staff third car from Artioli will be back

I shopped around the western Mass. area for a Dodge challenger and Artioli Dodge was my last stop. Not only did they beat any of the Mass. dealership quotes,but I was able to get into a more expensive model for almost the same price as the challengers that were quoted to me in Mass. The buying experience was the best ever with low pressure and the salesperson Paul knew all about the car I was looking at and he helped get a price that I was very happy with. Secondly I was thanked by the owner personally for buying a car at his dealership this never happened at any other dealership. Again thanks for the everything and I will tell my family and friends to please go to Artioli Dodge for their next Dodge or Chrysler vehicle.

Review Sites are skewed. So easy for a competitor to play games... I have been a customer of Artioli's for over 10 years along with many of my friends. They are a Family dealership and the one time I had an issue, they took care of it ASAP. I would recommend them to anyone... You will not be disappointed!!!

There knowledge of the vehicles are just awful surprised they know where the engine is lmao.

Jesse was the most incredible sales person I have ever dealt with. He helped me test drive a brand new Chrysler 200 S which was a fancy vehicle for me. I wasn't sure if I would get approved but Jesse assured me that if anyone could get the deal done it would be them. And he wasn't kidding. I have had a lot of experiences with bad care salesman but Jesse and the team at Artioli Dodge absolutely changed that for me. Everyone from Jesse, Chris, and even Mr. Artiloli were so pleasant and helped me take home my brand new 2015 Loaded car with a payment I could afford at a price that I was completely satisfied with. I just purchased my 2006 Mazda 3 last week, and it is amazing to what they did with the car. They are very reasonable with prices and they make sure the cars come out at the tip top shape. My used car came out with 2 new tires, new struts, and they made sure that I was all set for emissions for 2 years. My salesman was Ralph and he was very helpful with the car buying process since this was my very first car. I had a god experience overall, obviously I wanted the price to be a little bit lower, but they made the car great to drive and went above and beyond with the repairs to ensure my safety.

Was simple went online found the truck I wanted on cars.com and than called dealer didn't find it. Saw Artioli had allot of them so called them and within 8 hours of call I went to dealership. I told them I needed a day to talk to wife Ralph was great. Truck was cleaned and ready when my wife came we saw Chris in finance and got in and out no hard sale. Great truck in the snow can't wait until my wife needs a car we will be back.
