Gene Langan Volkswagen of Glastonbury was the best car buying experience both my husband and I have ever experienced. It was a very relaxed atmosphere, and we were put at ease as soon as we walked through the doors. Our salesman Frank brought us through every detail we needed to purchase our Jetta. He was very personable and professional. We will definitely be returning to purchase vehicles there in the future. The overall experience at Gene Langan has been outstanding. We had previously visited several other dealerships, VW and other brands and it was because of the salesperson's attention and knowledge that we went back over anything. Our salesperson was Miguel - he listened to what we wanted, he was patient and understanding and made it happen.
