Vinny helped me when I brought my car in. He is extremely helpful and nice. I wish all the people that I deal with were just as nice as he is. He is a credit to your organization. He deserves a raise in pay.

You'll regret your decision buying here
Don't buy a used car from this dealer. After numerous visits all in under a year, new fuel tank parts, new brakes all the way around, and now a new clutch on a 2015 Subaru, I am now almost 4K$ deep into a car, that they sold me. Congrats you put a car out on the road with minimum life left in everything, and saddled me with the bill! Reached out to the General Manager, no response. Not sure why I am so surprised at the fact that they are just as sleazy as every other car dealer.

Horrible.
They didn’t take my down payment at purchase, so I assumed they must have forgotten and put it all in the loan. They called me over a week later to request my credit card info over the phone for the down payment they forgot to take. When I complained and refused to provide credit card info since I had a cash down payment in hand when I was there and they forgot it, they brushed me off and told me that I was getting their VIP service.

Great experience with a congenial team of Josh Figueroa and Josh Fields. Josh really listened to what I needed — he knows Subaru vehicles and I’m thrilled with my 2019 CPO Legacy Premium—-6000 miles, she is new to me! Josh is knowledgeable and helpful gentleman! I found my calls returned promptly and my questions answered concisely! Financing my first Subaru with Josh Fields’ help was smooth and comfortable; everything was about what I needed and how Mitchell Subaru could provide service through finance and service! Worst car buying experience EVER
Less than one star. Worst buying experience of my life. Runaround by salesman, runaround with finance. Customer service is awful. I should have followed my gut, and just gone to another dealership. Calls don’t get returned and I was actually told I was lying about calling there! Of course I can produce proof from my phone company, but I’ll just never buy a vehicle here. Who calls their customers a liar?! While signing my paperwork, the finance manager begged me not to write a bad review. He actually brought the subject up twice. I told him iI would hold off, and see if things got better. They didn’t, Now, more than two months after my purchase, and not even so much as a “Thank You” note! Very unfortunate for Mitchell as four of my co-workers were waiting to hear about my buying experience before purchasing their cars. In the last month, all have bought new cars, none from Mitchell Auto Group. Ouch

Regular maintennce
My service advisor Lawrence Ganezer got me in for my regular maintenance appointment quickly and efficiently. He also advised me re: a recall for airbags the we have scheduled for a subsequent date. high quality customer service.

Bewilderingly bad experience
I'm not a complainer, and tend to be overly generous with bad service--acknowledging that sometimes xxxx happens. But this experience was simply uncalled for and unacceptable. I scheduled a service appointment for a recall. The individual told me the recall repairs take about 3 hours. I set up the earliest time (drop off before 7am) and arranged for a shuttle home. All fine. Dropped off the car; no call back. Mid-afternoon I called and they said it couldn't be done that day, but first thing the next morning if I could leave it overnight. When at noon the next day (29 hours after I dropped it off) and it still hadn't even been touched. OK. I understand that sometimes service takes longer than expected--especially if they find huge problems in a service. But this was a recall. And it was an appointment. And 29 hours later the vehicle had not even been touched? This is a huge scheduling problems and is frankly disrespectful. I love Subarus, but I think I am turned off permanently if the service here is so terribly managed.
