Great Experience

From walking in to the door, to completing the sale, TIM was excellent. No pressure, friendly and knowledgeable. We love the new WRX. SPIRO was great w/ the paperwork too. Clean, friendly, and we got a great deal w/o the typical car dealer hassles. Thank you.

very impressed

very impressed with Mitchell Subaru.I have noticed they have made many over the years. Even though I am in the start of my buying process. I wanted to give some credit to your sales team and one in particular Joe Cabrera. He was great to speak with and was able to ease my mind about the dreadful car buying process.

Great dealership

I recently purchased a Subaru, this was my first car. I had never stepped foot into a dealership before and im glad I went to mitchell, everyone was great and extremely helpful. Joe Cabrera helped me out and went above and beyond to find me a car that worked for me. Thank you for being a great dealership.

A dealership worthy of the Subaru Brand

My wife and I have owned 5 Subaru's over the past twenty plus years. After "trying out" 4 different Hartford area Subaru dealerships, we chose to exclusively service our cars at Mitchell about 12 years ago, and last September purchased our new Crosstrek from them. Our solid experience in the service area, where they helped us to keep our 98 Legacy Wagon on the road and feeling many years younger than it's age, led us to the new car purchase. Our Sales Associate, Tim Miller, was knowledgeable, attentive, and patient with us, as were the other "personalities" that we encountered in the sales room. It may be hard to believe, but we actually looked forward to our trips to the showroom. It may be worth noting that we were Toyota Prius owners, and at one time thought that we would never again consider the purchase of a car that provided much poorer gas mileage. However, we came to conclude that the safety, reliability, and actual economy of the Subaru surpassed the great mileage of the Prius. It just felt better, especially with winter snow, or even heavy rains at other times of the year. And, Subaru has done a solid job of improving the mileage of the Impreza and Crosstrek models that we were considering. While in route to New Orleans, to donate our Prius to a family member, we received a call from Tim that a delivery of new vehicles had been received. It included 3 Crosstrek's- the first 3 to be received at Mitchell. We arranged for our purchase over the phone, having only seen the vehicle in pictures over the Internet. Two days after our arrival back in Connecticut, we took possession of our car, and have been very pleased with our purchase ever since.

5+ Years As A CUstomer, New Purchase Experience

I bought a 2005 WRX from Manchester Subaru in April of 2007 and took it to Mitchell Subaru for all its servicing. The service department has been amazing since day 1 and they always get the job done the right way. Back in January, I decided it was time to get a new car and I knew right away that I wanted a new WRX and that I wanted to buy from Mitchell. Joe Cabrera was my salesman and he did a great job making me feel comfortable with the experience and offering a pretty solid deal right off the bat. I miss my 05 WRX, but I'm loving every second with the 13. I would absolutely recommend Mitchell for both its service department and its sales department.

Great Experience overall

I have been shopping for a car for a little while and decided to go to Mitchell Subaru. I had an great experience. I wasnt pressured into buying or looking at a car right away like most other deatherships that i have visited. The sales person who helped me out the most then other sales person I dealt with in the past was joe cabrera. He made me feel very comfortable in getting infromation on a car that would work for me. I will tell everyone to go here and skip all the other places. Thank you.

Used car buyer

I bought a used car within the last year and was really unhappy with the overall experience I had at another dealership. I came in Mitchell Subaru to get some information on buying a used subaru and was greeted by a smiling sales man named Joe C (cant remember exact spelling of name) He was extremely helpful and pointed me in the correct direction to purchase a vechicle from the dealership. I hope to make it back this month a buy a car from this great dealership.

Friendly, Personal Service

We have been customers of Mitchell Subaru of Canton, Ct. for many years. We were not disappointed in our most recent experience. Sales associate Chris Townsend gave us very personal, professional and knowledgeable service. We got the right model with the features that were suited to our needs. Chris has followed up during the 8 months that we have had the car and has answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. The whole experience was a good one. We continue to have our cars serviced by Mitchell Subaru as well.
