I liked how I felt like a customer and I was hiring you to do something for me rather than feeling like you were doing me a favor by taking to me. Sounds strange but you don’t always get that these days. Good kind customer service. I know it isn’t always easy but the most important.

Good service experience.

Very friendly customer service. Comfortable waiting area. Complimentary car wash with oil change and filter. Availability of in house wifi.

Great service!!

I have been going to Acura of Avon for 10 years. One of the reasons I keep buying Acuras is because I love the dealership. They are polite, helpful and I always get a loaner. I bought a Honda for my daughter and she started going to the Honda dealer but the experience was not great so now we both go to Acura of Avon
