Called to make appt and was given the day and time I
Called to make appt and was given the day and time I prefered. Arrived 10 minutes early and pulled right into the bay. Was greeted by name. 30 minutes later I was on my way. Can't say enough about this dealership. Freindly, attentive and pro grade in every way. I have a dealership closer to my home but I choose to go to Crowley for all the reasons mentioned.

Dropped the vehicle off during the weekend with a dead
Dropped the vehicle off during the weekend with a dead battery. Battery was replaced and the rest of the vehicle was inspected. We picked up the car that Monday afternoon. Fast service, Joe Antonio was on top of it.

Let's just say from the time I arrived to drop my car
Let's just say from the time I arrived to drop my car till the time when I thought would pick my car up fixed, but didn't get it till the next day. 1st thing was the 2 people in the service department that I was assigned to were very very rude to me an my father. #2 was we asked an explained that if warranty wldnt cover the specific job to not exceed a certain amount an if it were to exceed asked service person to please call but instead got phone call 4 hrs later that warranty wldnt cover so now i owed them 150 more than what asked an asked to not exceed so car was held overnight cause I didn't have the extra cash! So very long but people needed to know hoe rude the service people are to their customers.
