Dealership never contacted myself on any type of Media

Dealership never contacted myself on any type of Media apps plus l didn't know who to email either but l will keep on shopping plus l would like information on purchasing or having family members come thru me or directly to you themselves

why one star, because I can't give zero, and if you will read the text exchange with the Sales MANAGER below you won't have to wonder why: Text message I had received at 7:35pm, Wednesday, after I had left their location that has operating hours listed on their website, and at the door, open until 8 PM, sender: TIM HAYES - the MANAGER: "For you to keep my staff late for your low ball offer is xxxxxxxx I already told you not possible If you can do $3500 total out of pocket I can get the payment to $1147You show up late and ask for a $6k discount xxx my response: Hi Tim, I am also very disappointed with your text right now. I was in contact with you informing about my availability and even arrived few minutes earlier than initially anticipated. I was always expecting high level or customer service from Mercedes dealer and your “xxx” had complete changed that. I am not sure whom you are to the company believing that your unprofessional and rude texts will win a customer. Although I am grateful that you did show your real nature and we won’t have to deal with you anymore . Thank you for your time and good luck with future sales. Best regards Daniel TIM HAYES wrote back: I asked my staff on my day off to stay late for you I called you and had everything ready That was not polite and for that reason I am not being polite We have been upfront and honest with you It’s clients like you that are ruining our business my response: The explanation of your unprofessional and unclassy behavior I silly. Before leaving my house I had called Louis and asked if he will be waiting for us or we could reschedule, he told me it is OK today and if we won’t come today we will loose the discount; thus we came in.Thus we were polite , and before w came we had provided our eta and were willing to come another day if the time was not convenient. Our visit was an invitation to a negotiation and we were willing to do business with you. Your unprofessional behavior closed the deal for us. I am very happy I am not your client and I understand how your tacky behavior ruins your business. Have a good night. " Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else, after visit at this dealership I had decided to purchase a different luxury car, the after taste remains....

Mike Massaro was awesome.

Mike Massaro was awesome. I explained what I wanted in a car. He set me up in a awesome 2025 HRV. Love the car, loved that Mike listened to what I wanted. He gave suggestions and helped me decide what would be best for me.
