Looking for new car

We were at the dealership today to look for new CRV. We looked at at least 6 and no one either bothered to come out! We were there 2 years ago and were looking again. No one came out! Bought a Subaru Impreza Sport. Looking to up grade! Your loss!

Purchase new used car

Excellent, salesman. Was greeted right away.Made me comfortable, listened to me. Tried one car out new I didn't like it tried me car out. Loved it. The service was excellent with everyone I needed to take are of me.

Great Customer Service!

I just leased my first car with 802 Honda. I had gone to a completely different dealership for a different manufacturer and was not helped very well. When I messaged 802 Honda, Melody messaged me back right away and she was so helpful! She knew this was my first lease and gave me the (actual) numbers right away, which made it so easy for me to know whether or not I could afford the car I wanted. Melody was responsive with emails and phone calls, helped me with anything I needed and was excited for me, too! When I picked a car, there was a small recall on the Hondas, so they had to keep it there for inspection, but 802 Honda paid for me to have a rental during that time so I wouldn't be without a car. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice, and I didn't feel pressured to get something I couldn't afford. They made my first new car experience exciting and easy!!

Great service

The rust on the rocker panels of my '07 Ridgeline was pretty bad. I took the truck into 802 and Bob Meservey was extremely helpful in getting Honda to evaluate the problem and then pick up some of the repair expense. All the guys in service are very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I cannot thank Bob and 802 enough for their courtesy and professionalism.

All that I can expect

I have been a customer here for 15 years. I have been treated and continue to be treated as meeting my expectations, excellent service. The facilities are clearly lacking for a major brand dealership.

Excelllent Service Every Time

Once again I am completely satisfied with the service of my ten year old Honda Accord. I have had nothing but the greatest experiences at every service visit. I will never buy anything but Honda's because of the friendly, professional, expertise that I have received over the past thirty years of dealing with this Honda service department. This Honda service department has kept my cars running in top notch performance! I am very grateful that Bob has always been so cheerful and made me feel like family. Both of my daughters have recently purchased Honda's because they know how satisfied that I am as a long time Honda owner. This service department is the reason that I love Honda's. They always go above and beyond for their customers satisfaction. I will always recommend Honda in Berlin to all of my friends and family because of the fabulous service.

Great maintenance and repairs!

I have been using 802 Honda for service and repairs ever since I bought my Honda Odyssey Minivan from the dealership. They have always maintained and repaired my vehicle to the highest standards, with fair pricing and very friendly service. Bob, Jim, Michael and all the crew seem committed to making my maintenance and repair experience the best it can be. My most recent visit was this week when one of those mysterious car noises of uncertain origin made me panic. I also had lost a dust shield off of the bottom of my car when I went over a particularly vicious pothole. They were able to reattach the dust shield and they remedied the mysterious noise by fitting my Honda with a part that was under warranty. I went from worrying about a big repair bill to feeling even bigger relief that these problems had been resolved so quickly and cost effectively. I strongly recommend 802 Honda and their amazing service team!

2015 Honda Fit

We were SO pleased with our 2013 Honda Fit AND our experience buying it from Vermont's 802 Honda (in Berlin VT), that we only considered 802 Honda when considering checking out the 2015 Honda Fit. Again we dealt with Doug Allen. Once more our dealings with him were easy and actually enjoyable. Sooo...we're now driving AND enjoying a 2015 Honda Fit! Thank you 802 Honda...Pat&Tony Florio
