My sales associate, Ali, was wonderful.
My sales associate, Ali, was wonderful. I was prepared for a stressful experience, but he made buying a new car a positive experience. He was polite, respectful, friendly, and professional. He took the time to explain the features of my new Prius, and has been helpful after the sale.

Handy Toyota has been a good fit for me.
Handy Toyota has been a good fit for me. I bought my 2024 Prius last January via salesperson Ali Kamal (helpful, knowledgable, upbeat, honest with me, good humored and patient, good explainer, made the buying process smooth and easy) who continues to check in with me and offers me assistance anytime. Service Department has done very well for me, too. They cured my unfortunately rodent chewed wiring last year and the car works well. Errol Rule, with the Rental Car part of Handy's, a man of few words and a good listener, adeptly, confidently processed my short time use of a car while mine was being repaired, and gave opinion and advice when I asked. In January, Darren Callan from Service Department efficiently processed my 12 mo/10k milage check-up. He listened respectfully, answered my questions, gave answers and advice when I asked. Most recently, Naim Qubrosi in the Service Department helped me navigate some warranty and maintenance work on the Prius. When I expressed dismay about replacing a damaged part, he investigated further and found it would be covered under warranty. I appreciated that! Naim kept me informed, he answered my questions, gave advice when I asked. He was respectful, polite, helpful. All good.

Bought my car from here got it home and was checking it
Bought my car from here got it home and was checking it out a bit further. Body damage to the front bumper on the bottom. The car is so low you can hardly see it standing up. Dealerships ovbously take a close look at these when buying the cars. My salesman neglected to tell me about the damage. They say there's nothing they can do because I signed the satisfaction paper. I or any of my family or friends will never buy from here again.

Our service contact Alan was in touch with us throughout and when a glitch came up regarding warranty he was able to solve it to our benefit. Service at Handy Toyota was efficient, professional and friendly as it has been for our many years as customers.

We didn't discuss cost, but I didn't ask.
We didn't discuss cost, but I didn't ask. It is what it is. I know I worked with Alan Brown. Someone filled my tires, and someone else replaced the battery in my key. Everyone was helpful. I prefer to pay by office check, and someone had to check with the front office to see if a check sent by the office would be acceptable. That was a little off-putting, but I understand that a policy is intended to be followed.

Handy Toyota and Donovan Lefevre were both recommended to me by my girlfriend, who bought a Toyota a few months ago and was very satisfied with the experience. Donavan and the rest of the team that I interacted with were great to work with. I also had an appointment to day to have the service department install a n option that I added to my deal and that also was seamless. Heartily recommend Donovan and the team at Handy Toyota.
