Charlie?s made the car buying / leasing experience enjoyable. Sam from the sales staff was a great guy and made the process simple. Rich and the other managers were great people and a pleasure to do business with. Charlie?s was a low pressure comfortable car buying experience. I definitely will go back next time we are looking for a vehicle!

Excellent experience from making contact with BDC online, received a no hassle price by e-mail I thought was just to get me there. When arrived I was met by Kevin "Internet Sales Manager". He welcomed me to Charlie's Toyota in Augusta and introduced me to my sales rep "Jaret" . I was in and out in less than an hour in my new 2017 Toyota Rav4 LE for less than what I was quoted at another Toyota dealership for a used 2014 Rav4 LE 23000 miles! After I met everyone Including the Owner I thanked them for a No hassle No bait and switch car buying experience.. I also have to mention that I was referred to Charlie's Toyota by a woman at my bank that just purchased a vehicle there the week before. Leased my 2nd car from Charlie's. Been going there for 17 years. Excellent service in buying, leasing and repair... I would not think of going someplace else . Best prices around too. The staff really cares and are trustworthy.

I worked with Jaret and the team and everyone was great! This was my first leased car and I was afraid of getting the cliche "classic car salesman" who would push me into something I wasn't ready for. Jaret was hardly that and listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. Very professional and nice to work with. Happy to be a customer at Charlie's Toyota!

I bought my first Toyota five years ago at Charlies Toyota,the customer service was absolutely great!My credit wasn't the best at the time but they had a goal to provide me with the Corolla I wanted and by the end of the day I went home with my new car! Just recently I decided it was time to trade for a new car,I had a couple of cars in mind but I kept thinking about the pleasant experience I had at Charlies and some of the less than pleasant times I had at other dealerships,also I was really stuck on the reputation of Toyota. So needless to say I got a beautiful Toyota Corolla,in the color I wanted and the new features that I love. Thank you Kurt Mackenzie for being so helpful and for taking the time to go over the new features. Thanks to all of of you at Charlies Toyota.
