I highly recommend working with James Morin at Rowe Hyundai in Auburn! I just purchased a brand new Hyundai Tucson & had an excellent experience! James was more than helpful through the whole experience. I was getting out of a lease early & he was very informative, answered all of my questions (I had many!), & never once made me feel pressured. When the vehicle we originally looked at did not fit my needs Gary quickly searched the inventory and found a truck that fit. Beyond that, as I was in a time constraint to get back to work issue I had they graciously move quickly to get all the paperwork finished and allowed me to get back to my responsibilities. In the rush my truck did not get the full prep it should have had. No problem as the very next day they put me right in and got the truck "all spiffed up"' Gary and Steve even put in some time on the buffing job. Thanks Guys!
