Nick Gagnon was absolutely amazing! He also has the patience of a saint. Both he and his sales manager were very understanding that I could not finalize anything until the insurance company gave me $$ for my car that was totaled by someone else. Inow have a 2026 Trailblazer and love it.

This experience was outstanding! I had called the day before and decided to wait a day because they were VERY busy with a long wait. I arrived to no line, received a shuttle ride to and back from work (greeter & driver Linda was such a pleasure from start to finish), and was communicated with regularly from my Marc (basic care advisor).

My car had an engine light on .Jim in service called and kept me updated on the problem . Fuel modulator was replaced under warranty . Fast and professional service thank you Banks.

The work was done right and on a timely matter. Oil changed tires rotation wash and vacuum

Recently used the service department. Very slow process. But work was completed after 3 1/2 hours.

I just bought my second Chevy Equinox from Seth McCuster. He is an amazing salesman and a kind, honest and friendly young man. I enjoy working with him.
