McGrath Honda in Elgin

I bought my first Honda back in 2004 and it has been the most reliable car I have ever owned. When McGrath Honda of Elgin opened at the Auto Mall at Randall & 90 I brought my Honda Pilot there for service. Since then I have never had my car serviced anywhere else. The service department is hands down the best! The service is fast and reliable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. CJ is my guy, he goes above and beyond to find me the absolute best price. When I was ready to pass down my Pilot to my 16 year old daughter he took care of all my concerns recommended the work to get it in tip top shape and even found a great coupon that saved me a lot of money. CJ and the service department at McGrath Honda of Elgin were reason enough to by my next car there.

I have been taking my 2004 Honda Pilot to McGrath Honda of Elgin for their amazing service department for years so when I was ready to pass down my car to my 16 year old daughter I hoped to buy my next car there too. I always dread the whole car buying experience the haggling, the back and forth, the condescending salesman who always seem to be more interested in how much money they will earn on the deal...... I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Anthony Juliano. I think he sensed my apprehension and assured me from the start that I was part of the Honda family and that he would make sure I got the very best deal. I told him exactly what I wanted in a car and what I didn't and he found the perfect match for me. When it came time to negotiate the deal I really felt like he was working for me. I paid less than what I expected and couldn't have been happier. I can't say enough about this great car buying experience and the best salesman I have ever worked with, Anthony Juliano!

I just purchased my second car from McGrath Honda in Elgin and want to compliment Robin Melzer for his patience and low key sales approach. He made purchasing as stress free a possible. Also, the finance manager was very helpful in getting a good loan rate.

I have purchased four Hondas from McGrath Honda of Elgin over the years. I have always had good experiences. I have never felt pressured to buy and the service is always very good.

The sales person was outstanding at the Elgin Honda. Not a good experience at McGrath Honda St. Charles. We all ready recommended our friends to our sales person, Anthony, and they also leased a great SUV. Another friends lease is coming up at the end of the year and she is going to McGrath and talk to Anthony.

After my first experience with McGrath I was not going back however Mike Z called me back and asked me to explain to him my experience. He really listened and I felt he genuinely wanted to make it right. I decided to have the side steps and roof rack done with them. Everyone was fantastic this time around. The work done was awesome. Ken came out and apologized and treated me great. They even topped off my gas tank which was very nice of them. The GM came out and personally thanked me for my business. Bob in service kept me up to date on my vehicle and when I had an issue he didn't just look at me like he couldn't help me he said let me go find the solution for you and he did. They really were very professional this visit and so I felt like my business mattered. Thanks for changing my mind McGrath.

I had a great experience shopping for my Honda Accord last year. I was lucky to have a salesman who knew the inventory and asked the right questions in order to get the right car for me. This year, I was looking into purchasing another Honda vehicle for our growing family, I knew I wanted a Honda vehicle because as we all know "Honda cars last forever." Once again, Anthony Juliano, helped us pick our new Honda Pilot. The team there made it happen for us and I am very thankful for their hard work. Thank you also to Jerry, the maintenance manager, I am very satisfied with the department's commitment to customer service. I hope to be back next year to purchase my daughter's Honda Civic after she graduates from high school.
