Knowledgeable staff, great customer service

We returned to Hurd after a great first experience 3 years ago. We had not planned to get another new car, but an opportunity presented itself and Charlie Greavey, our salesman, once again, took excellent care of us--so we jumped into a new, leased vehicle. Our first time ever leasing after being owners for all our lives. Charlie took his time to explain everything and put our minds at ease. Have already recommended this dealership, and salesman, to friends.

Michael Messina: "hands down the best sales rep"

I was a loyal Colonial Toyota customer 30 years at least bought a minimum of 15 vehicles from them!!! Well the old man should have never given his son Mike partial ownership if he even did that because after all of those years Mike couldn't get the job done!!! So my sister in law tells me she just traded in her Rav 4 for a Chevy and got a great deal!! I walk into Hurd tell Mike Messina my story while his manager is standing right by and gets me driving a Chevy Equinox within 15 minutes tops!! They worked the numbers and made me very happy!! Mike was so attentive and "on the job" shall I say! He's like a really happy great spirited guy who moves like a nascar and is all about getting the job done!!! Hurd you got me for the next 30 years and Colonial Toyota you better watch out cuz you have some Major Competition!! Oh and I don't want to forget to mention when I got to finance two days later at 2pm on the dot!!! It took about 5 minutes to sign the papers and go!!! I am so impressed with everyone employee I dealt with nothing but courteous and professional no crap, not a lot of talk, just "let's get it done"!!!

Great service, clean facility, pleasant staff..

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Our salesman Ed Trotta was so helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle. He spent over an hour going over all the features. It was a very pleasant experience.

Great service

Great experience, very knowledgeable sales department and the sales rep Dennis did a great job of listening to what I wanted and getting me into the right vesicle. I would highly recommend them.

Great Experience

Jen Lohman was fabulous to work with and Taft Manzotti was great in pinch hitting for Jen....both working hard to get me into the ultimate "final answer" car. It was a rollercoaster for Jen I'm sure as I kept changing my mind, but I'm thrilled with my final choice and appreciate their product knowledge, experience and patience in the entire process. I believe it was also Wayne in finance who added to the pleasure of working with Hurd to get me into my first ever new car--a 2015 Buick Encore. Thank you all!!!

Great service

Everyone in service was wonderful. Jason did a wonderful job of keeping me updated on how my truck was and what was going on. Dave also kept me updated when Jason couldn't.

Service was in relation to a recall and the repair was completed in a very timely manner. Once again, Hurd Automall delivers excellent customer service and continues to be THE Chevrolet "go to" for this area!! Well done.
