Just bought a pre-owned vehicle at Bald Hill Dodge with my wife.  Hands down the most pleasant car shopping experience I've ever had.  We worked with several folks--Matt, Derek, Rami, and William--and every one of them was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and attentive (without being overbearing). Truly refreshing--highly recommend!!!

Great selling experience buying my 2020 Grand Cherokee. Bill Kelley was a great sales person. This is my 4th Jeep purchased since 2015 at Bald Hill will not go anywhere else to buy Jeeps. The finance guy was very informative and recommended that I upgrade to 5 years 100,000 miles based on my driving experience. Thank you Bill Kelley and the entire staff at Bald Hill!!!

I purchased a CERTIFIED vehicle on-line without seeing. Vehicle was priced to sell. I told salesmen that I wanted a vehicle to tow my camper. When I arrived at dealer a few days later to purchase, the vehicle was not setup for me to tow - brake connection was nowhere to be found, tires had 6 months of tread left if that, and cabin air filter was filthy. When I got home, I realized the rear driver side brake/rotor were not functioning properly. Dealer told me I needed to bring vehicle back to them to look at which was 1.5 hours away from me. Wouldn't let me take the Certified vehicle to Dodge dealer closer to me. I ended up fixing it myself for $60 with new caliper. Deal did give me $500 off vehicle at closing towards a set of new tires that will cost me $1,100 to install and balance.

By far, one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a new vehicle. Both Mike my salesman and Mike the GM were easy going and made the purchase enjoyable. Will be back again in the near future for a new car for the wife.
