John (sales) & Kyle (finance/admin) were both very helpful, knowledgeable, & a pleasure working with. Other than the long wait, due to how busy the dealership appeared to be, the experience was very positive.

First time here at this dealer location. They made everything super easy and super simple. It was an absolute pleasure working with Angela, there was no haggling and no unexpected surprises. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure working with Angela! My husband and I went to look at a specific car out of the whim (and it wasn't even a Honda haha) and Angela came right out once we step foot in the parking lot for only a few minutes. She was able to guide us to the car and we took it for a test drive. I think she knew 'we know our car stuff' so she let us do our thing and was conversational on other friendly subjects. Emilio was also helpful and explained everything well during our contract signing. The whole process was so smooth that they basically did everything for you and you just drive the car home. To sum up the experience, NO PRESSURE and NO HASSLE was given the entire time and great customer service was received by Angela and all staffs at this dealer location. Thank you!

Went in early December for a new car. Was helped by Evan on least test driving a new Civic and looking at new options. Left with some thoughts about how what cars to look at and styles of a new Civic. Came back later in the week with new information of what I wanted, but Evan wasn't available at the time. John was able to help me with exactly what I was looking for. We went through the process of looking for the new car, test driving and trading in my old car. He was very helpful in the process it self along with being incredibly approachable and all around a good time. Buying a car can def be stressful, but John and company made it really easy and all around a very good experience. Definitely would recommend John, Evan and just Seekonk Honda in general for buying a new car, especially a Honda.

This is our second car from Honda of Seekonk and we have had a great experience both times. We were also lucky to have John Mtchell as our salesman. I dread purchasing cars but John is very professional and genuinely nice. He made buying my cars an easy experience. Will definitely go back in the future.

I had a great experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. I worked with John Mitchell, and couldn’t have been more pleased with his approach to sales. He was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. The best part was that I never felt pressured to make a decision, which I found to be a problem at every other dealership I went to. I love my Honda Insight, and will definitely contact John again if/when I buy in the future.

Ara was very friendly and laid back. While he wanted to make the sale, he was not pushy whatsoever. He was knowledgeable and very professional.
