McGee Toyota

I just thought that the staff was extremely helpful in explaining the work that was going to be done and how long it was going to take to accomplish it.

I have gone to McGee Toyota since the late 70's because of the service department. They are knowledgeable and considerate of their customers. What has impressed me the most is that many of the employees have been there as long as I've been a customer!

Informed me of the condition of the car, and gave me the option of what service needed to be performed to keep the car safe and in good working order.

As a customer for over thirty years it's obvious I continue to go there. The staff is welcoming,appreciative, and good at what they do!

THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND QUICK. THEY HAD SAID I WOULD MAKE IT TO WORK ON TIME AND THEY WERE CORRECT. I ACTUALLY HAD 90 MINUTES TO SPARE.

Super fast and efficient! Professional and courteous, with results of service explained. The service reps are always great and the 2 year included maintenance is the best. .

Buying new car. Salesman extremely helpful, eager to find in stock models that matched our interests. Demoed hybrid and traditional gas model to compare. For car buying a relatively easy process. Only area not happy with was finance. Would not supply exact rate until signing. Refused to match lower rate

Excellent customer service. This is my 3rd car purchased at McGee. Highly recommend, no pressure sales tactics. Nick was great explaining all the new features of my car and setting up a time to install remote starter. Jim was extremely helpful finding great financing and fair with my trade in.

It was great working with Peter. He was informative, no hard sell just information. It makes a big difference as not all dealers take this approach
