Purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander from Gerry and Toyota
Purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander from Gerry and Toyota of Braintree today. Gerry was a pleasure to work with and communicative during the entire experience. He addressed the minors concerns I had with the used vehicle and was able to resolve them. Joey in finance was honest, to the point, and knowledgeable. So far, a great experience with TOB.

I've had five experiences with this Service Dept after,
I've had five experiences with this Service Dept after, regrettably now, having purchhased a new Toyota from them just last year. All of the Service Reps are rude and argumentative about any issues that might fall under warranty, denying that you have a problem despite you pointing right at it. You have to stand your ground to get problems addressed but I will never return here after they acknowledged a defect I pointed out but said they won't fix it because the defect is known across other years of the same model??? xxx!?! Don't give Toyota of Braintree ANY business unless you want a headache!

Bought a brand new Grand Highlander (with cash) only to
Bought a brand new Grand Highlander (with cash) only to have the salesperson not know much about it's features while her supervisor just kept pushing and pushing "Make sure to give us a 5-star review!" maybe 20 times between initial contact and sale. They advised a protectant spray (kept saying it was ceramic-like) but whoever applied this gunked up almost the entire exterior and windshield. Had to pay a detailer to fix it when Toyota Of Braintree wouldn't days after I took delivery. They also delivered the vehicle with tires UNDER-inflated, which made the ride unnecessarily bumpy until I bought an electric pump and fixed that. The rear foot-release hatch wouldn't work, and they claimed it worked fine, until I had to bring it in and they adjusted the sensor so it works 100% of the time now but they still there was nothing wrong. Them repeatedly begging for 5-star reviews was the most distasteful though.
