Nathan is the kindest and most straight forward person to do business with. Just purchased my 3rd Highlander from him and his manager Shaun. The experience could not be more easy going. Price stated in deal is what was on the paper. Car was prepped, washed, gassed up and the deal was done in 2 hours. I just got my Highlander XLE last week. It was very nice discussion during the negotiation and I did get what I wanted. Mr. Mark Welcome was great and patient to explain all related new feature and technology to me my new car during the delivery. The senior Manager, Mr. Ko also came to greeting me.
