What car buying should be. After visiting various other dealerships, and being literally lied to and manipulated, Joey was a breath of fresh air. He is and honest, no pressure, fairly priced kind of guy and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I saw the car I was looking for on the internet and I immediately called Joey and he told me all about the car and even held it for me for 3 weeks. My daughter and I drove from Milwaukee to Addison to see the car and I liked it and bought it right away. Joey was very helpful with directions, finding the dealership, but we still got lost and were late. Joey was very kind and patient while he helped me through the whole buying process. Too bad he's not located in Milwaukee! A Great Guy!

We were looking for a "newer" used SUV and since we have used Lombard Auto in the past-we called them first. As always, Joe gave us excellent service from start to finish. He had 3 SUV's on the website that we were interested in. He let us test drive all 3 and gave us his expert recommendations. He was very thorough from start to finish and even got us a great rate on financing. Both Mike and Joey were extremely helpful and thorough during the process of test driving a vehicle, purchasing a vehicle and installing new license plates a front plate frame.
