I choose to specifically leave the salesperson's name out

I choose to specifically leave the salesperson's name out of this because he has nothing to do with this review, and it is not their fault. I suspect it is from higher up or service. However, until today, I would have honestly rated my experience at four stars. However, the day before I was supposed to take delivery of my car and took time off from work, I received a text message at 5 pm from my salesperson asking to reschedule delivery until Thursday. This was due to the predelivery inspection not being completed. The funny thing was that it was hurry, hurry, hurry to get the sale and all of the paperwork complete, and they called on Saturday morning for the deposit. Now, all of a sudden, things slow way down. Typical car dealer crap, once they get your money, pretend to take an interest in you and pretend to befriend you so they can make their sale. It was made known during the process that I was the tenth sale of the day. Frankly, I didn't care if I was the 50th; I just wanted to get my vehicle in a timely fashion, just as I completed all of their paperwork requests in a timely fashion. Who knows when I will get it? I am getting text messages from the salesperson saying they will make it up to me somehow... Again, YA RIGHT! Once they get my trade and I get my car, I will never see or hear from them again. The days of brand and dealer loyalty are gone. Maybe someone can squeeze in a predelivery inspection sometime between tomorrow and before my first month's payment is due. Before you purchase or lease here, find out when exactly you will get your car. They will tell you one thing and then clearly change things.
