I would like to offer my experience with the purchase of my wife's CPO C300 Cabriolet from MB of Boston as an out-of-state buyer. Based on several positive reviews, I reached out to Ashmael Brun directly about a specific car that we were interested. From the get-go, Ash was courteous, prompt and extremely accommodating in every step of the way. He was clear and upfront about the challenge of purchasing from out-of-state (MA is the only state that doesn't issue temporary tags) and he wanted us to understand that there will be a delay from the purchase to delivery (if we decided). Not being in a rush, that was okay with us. Then, Ash arranged a virtual show of the vehicle for my wife and me, and went over all the details of the car as best as we could. We decided to take the 6 hour drive and see the car in person and testdrive (which couldn't happen several days after). Ash reached out to me the day before our intended visit and confirmed that the car was still available. During our in-person inspection of the vehicle, he was knowledgeable, and did not pressure us a bit. Once we made the decision to move forward, he supported us all through the paperwork. At this time, we have already purchased the car, but we had to wait for the registration with NY State to complete and tags delivered to the dealership -- a process that took ~3 weeks. While we were awaiting registration, Ash did not drop us (even though we have already purchased the car), and gave us weekly updates so that we were aware of where we are in the process. During this time, I had to call him a couple of times with various questions, and Ash continued to be as prompt and courteous as he was BEFORE he sold the car. Once the registration process completed, he also arranged our visit for delivery. My wife really appreciated and enjoyed the "surprise bow" on the car once she walked into the showroom. Again, Ash was patient and courteous, providing an in-depth course on various functions of the car. Overall, what impressed me the most was the treatment we got from Ash. I am sure he had multiple customers that he helped, HOWEVER, I felt like we were the ONLY customer he had over the course of 4+ weeks of interactions we had. I never had to remind him of things, never had to "re-explain" anything. I don't know how, but he remembered everything / every nuance along the way. He did an impressive job, so much so that, I would like to jump ship to MB (MB of Boston of course) when my lease on my car is over.

Kashif was so great to work with. Very easy going and made it so easy to purchase the new Mercedes. Will definately work with him again.

Typical salesman promised me he would hold car for me until the title came in. But he did not honor his word. The car was sold to someone else while I was waiting for the title to come in.
