This place cannot be trusted. Brought my leased Sorento...

This place cannot be trusted. Brought my leased Sorento in for service which was supposed to be complimentary. Paid for tire rotation because that was not part of the free service. When I returned for service at 18k I needed new tires. Go figure! Brought it up to consumer affairs but they were no help. With that experience decided to go an independent mechanic for an oil change. He asked me if I ever had the oil changed. Another go figure! Don’t trust this dealership.

Wish I looked at these before I bought a car from them....

Wish I looked at these before I bought a car from them. Salesman, Charlie lied multiple times and management didn't care. Bought a used 2020 Nissan Rouge, only had one key fob he said the fobs are on back order for 6 months. First lie, I went to parts and Jonathan was super nice. Said he sold the last one the prior day but would have one for me in 2 days. He did! 2nd lie, I asked what do I do if we lose the key, he said download the Nissan Connect ap and you can unlock and drive your car to the dealership and they will give me a replacement. HMMM if you can give me a key then why not now? Those are for emergency. Lie 3, I called Nissan and they said the car is NOT equipped with that feature and is NOT up-gradable, factory install only. I had to bring the car back for front end work and I would pick up the key. The service department (Mat) is GREAT! Now the obvious, service couldn't bury the cost of the key and Charlie and the sales management team refused to give me the key. Management is next door to useless after they sell you the car. I had to dish out $300.00 for the key fob. Bottom line, buy anywhere else and get it serviced there!

Ridiculous and misleading

Called to confirm vehicle availability before i drove 30 miles, person over the phone said that vehicle is available, 2 of those. Drove 30 miles and "vehicle is not available", ok i test drove another was ready to purchase, we aggreged for the price but then is when party started, "you cant have financing troughs Kia since you got discounted price", added another extra fee that bumped price for $2000 more, ridiculous... In general very bad experience, like some second grade shady crooked dealership not like official dealership.

Friendly people who tried to be as helpful as possible...

Friendly people who tried to be as helpful as possible and even continued to be friendly even after I told them I had purchased elsewhere. They actually congratulated me and wished me well.

Bad Service

Scuffed up my hub caps leaving marks all over, and didn't do anything about it. Cost me time and money. Offered to send some sort of paint so I could at least fix it myself (since they wouldn't), but never even sent it. Horrible experience with them.

Love this place

I'm not going to lie did a very good job selling me a car I would recommend this dealership to any and everybody especially him he is a great salesman

Don't waist your time

Horrible experience. They email me a quote for Kia Telluride S at MSRP, but when I come the price was $15,000 higher. Be careful, don't waist your time

Great place to buy a vechile.

Quinton was the car salesman. He was a very nice caring real genuine person. He answered all our questions and did not try to rush us into buying. I think he has the right personality to work with people. He gave us a great experience and I felt good when I left the dealership. I would not hesitate to buy another vevhile from this dealer. Mo the new car manager was very nice and helpful also. I have been buying cars for 50 years this was one of the better experiences. Quinton did a great job making us feel relaxed and that we felt he was honest in his answers to our questions.Quinton is exactly the person you want to see at this dealership. We live 60 miles away. Well worth the time to come to this dealership.
