If you check all other New England Lexus Dealers you will see that Herb Chambers is priced much higher than every other dealer, especially for Certified Used Cars. Their service should be Outstanding, you surely are paying a premium for it in the cost of the car. I am looking for a new or slightly used Lexus and my research shows them to be several thousand $$ higher than their competitors for the same or very similar cars.

Each time we have received very friendly and courteous customer service from Robert. Also our sister has had Robert as well. The dealership is always very enjoyable to deal with from the customer service level to the service maintenance level.

Lexus of Sharon: Dealership & Employee Review
Lexus of Sharon is one of if not one of the nicest dealerships in the country. It is an extremely nice building with extremely nice people working in it. Janine Zuckerman is an outstanding sales representative for Lexus. She was very friendly an very informative. She made everything simple and took the time to explain everything about the RX 350 I was purchasing. Because of Janine, the car buying process was very easy and quick. I give Janine an 11 on the 1-10 scale, and Im sure that if I had worked with a different sales representative, the outcome of my experience would have been the same.

Great Experience
Been shopping around for a replacement for our 2003 Lexus ES300. Visited a few Lexus dealers. Some had a great facilities and staff, but did not have what we were looking for: a "slightly" used GS350. Another dealer (which I won't mention!), had a great selection, but was too aggressive for my taste, so we moved on. We ended up at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon on a Sunday afternoon, and were fortunate enough to meet Nick Salem. Nick was very easy to work with, and we drove a 2013 GS350 home that evening. A special Thank You to Clayton Zak, who made me feel that I was more than just another customer. A true professional in every way. Overall very happy with my new GS350, and with my purchasing experience at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. This is our second Lexus from Herb Chambers, and I look forward to the next one!

Great experience - you deserve it
Overall a great experience. The way car buying should be. The dealership is impressive. The selection is vast - from used to new. I was surprised to see used cars in the showroom and they looked brand new and had good price points. I didn't know they were uses until I looked at the window sticker. Sanjay was a great help in providing assistance and just leaving us to look around. No pressure at all here, just friendliness and service. A place you enjoy going to and spending time. We purchased a used car as it turned out and we were treated like gold. It was even further spiffed up for us prior to picking it up. We love it. We would return to this dealership. We highly recommend working with Sanjay. He is detail oriented, and down to earth and cares that you are completely happy.

this was my third purchase/lease from Herb Chambers Lexus and just as smooth and efficient as always . I came for service and 2 days later had my 2014 ES 350h -the best car I have ever driven. Sandra Zecia-was patient and listened to my issues and is a credit to your organization. Outstanding Dealership
Life is a two way street! I complain when needed I also praise when deserved. For your information.. The sales personnel, namely Sandra Zeica and Sam Li were extremely helpful and a pleasure conducting business with. Sandra went a tad out of her way assisting me with the purchase. She even came to my home and took me to Sharon in order to pick up my new (used) is250c, a thing of beauty! The both of them deserve a raise after dealing with the likes of me.

I was recommended by my friend after she had a good car buying experience and she was right. I called Robert Ross and explained what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. By the time I arrived for my scheduled appointment he already had a vehicle fitting every thing I was looking for. Robert Ross was exceptionally professional and even with a few hiccups with financing, Mr. Ross kept me informed every step of the way. When I finally arrived to sign paperwork and hopefully take my new vehicle home I was told I would have to wait until the next day since Robert Ross was off for the day. 2 hours later it received a phone call from Robert and on his day off he went in to work and handled my plates and insurance and informed me that I could pick up my car. This dealership is not only beautiful but they work hard for there customers.

Great Attitude, Great Deal, luxurious Dealership
Sales consultant, Michael Clifford was instrumental on putting a package together on purchasing a new Lexus RX 350. I consider my self a tough negotiator, there wasn't much of that needed at this dealership. When I walked in, it was just a matter of inquiring about the vehicle.The deal that they presented to me was good enough to sign off on the same night. Mike was very pleasant and and a gentleman. Very professional in conducting the business. His knowledge about the vehicle is vast and helpful. This dealership treats you very well and the facilities are spotless and Clean,the kids enjoyed Ice cream and refreshment, so did we. Showroom is well designed and the structure is luxurious. Mike personally delivered items that was left out due to the part department being closed at the time we finished the deal: and for that I am great-full (62 miles a way). On top of it my wife loves the Car. Mike gets a 10 out 10. Rocco was great too. Thank you all.
