I had the best car buying experience I have ever had! I cannot say enough good things about everyone that helped me. Everything went so smooth, from the paperwork, to the explanation of everything, to the time it took to get everything handled. Honestly, everything went perfectly. Every single person I interacted with at Lexus Naperville was so kind and helpful. They also really know their stuff. I asked a million questions about the car I wanted and the packages I was interested in and they were able to answer all my questions with ease. Everything was explained to me very well. I'm really glad I got them. I have with all my cars and trust me, they make the difference. Very worth it. I want to thank Kamil, Gabby, Ben and AP. If there is anyone I forgot I'm so sorry! I'm so grateful to each of them! Truly truly made the experience easy, completely stress free and I really did feel like I was in good hands. Oh also, the car I got was a used car. You wouldn't know it though. It is very clean, has no odor, and is GORGEOUS. I.LOVE.THIS.CAR. It's so fun to drive and I feel safe in it. Thank you so much!!

Had 2023 es350 in to service several times.

Had 2023 es350 in to service several times. FOB does not always start engine. Changed FOB battery several times. Having a degree in electrical engineering I designed a circuit similar to the one in the Lexus. To make it simple it's the receiver module. I can "trick" into working by clicking the Open key on the FOB several times. Your service department ignored my comments. So, I am not happy. Jim Holmberg

Can't say enough positive things about Lexus of

Can't say enough positive things about Lexus of Naperville. The best car buying experience I every had I arrived at the Lexus of Naperville looking for a trade in on a suv they had there just what I was looking for a 1 owner well maintained low mileage all a plus to me but the greatest part was when I got to meet Monse rocha very nice woman made everything for me a breeze to trade in my vehicle for the beautiful sun they had on there's lot we went for a test drive and it was over from there I loved it drove like a dream and clean as a whistle just had a Crack on driver side mirror plastic well they made that easy as well after my no haggle purchase a week later I brought it back to them for the plastic on mirror to be replaced on top of that they loaned me a brand new Lexus suv a rx350hb very nice vehicle and free of charge while mine was fixed just everything about Lexus of Naperville was phenomenal I was extremely happy about everything they did to take care of me very very professional staff ! Monse I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for me this woman went above and beyond for me I highly recommend Lexus of Naperville ask for monse rocha believe me she will take care of all your needs with a vehicle purchase I really appreciate all of you at Lexus of Naperville especially Monse I cannot thank you and the staff enough you all are the best dealership I have ever been too so if you're looking for professional no xx car buying experience head to Lexus of Naperville believe me you will not be disappointed 👍 Monse thank you for everything I really appreciate you 👍
