I never did like Highland Park Lexxus want to buy a new

I never did like Highland Park Lexxus want to buy a new Lexus two years ago. He wasn’t pleasant show us where the Lexxus were at, and he walked away. I didn’t like his demeanor. I feel he was a racist and didn’t want sell us a car . I promised my daughter if she graduate from college, I will buy her a new Lexus but because of the incident in Highland Park Lexxus, I end up going to Park Ridge. I bought the car there people very pleasant wonderful sales people. Breedman lexus, after that, I ended up buying three more Lexus from Breedman Lexus. Shame on managers and owners of these dealerships who have people working there.

Stay away from this dealership.

Stay away from this dealership. We worked with David. We ordered a car and it took months to get. He added extra fees and packages that added thousands of dollars onto the price. He then refused to sell the car without the packages or let us order another car without the packages. It was a horrible experience.

My wife finds "the"car she has been looking for at

My wife finds "the"car she has been looking for at Highland Park Lexus. She calls and talks to a saleslady who says yes the car is for sale and come in to test drive it. I was at work so my wife and daughter drove to the dealership. When they arrived and saw the car my wife told the saleslady she would put down a deposit to hold the vehicle until I could come purchase it after I got off work that day. The saleslady said no problem take it for a drive and we would take care of it afterwards. Then the most unbelievable thing happened. The saleslady texts my wife during the test drive that the car needs to be returned immediately. It has been SOLD?. How do you sell a car that's is on a test drive to be purchased?. Completely unprofessional. Complete waist of time and our money to drive there. Never again Highland Park Lexus you lost us as customers and looking at your feedback we are not alone. More reviews to come and also contacting Lexus corporate to let them know how you treat your customers.

Disappointing Experience with Deceptive Sales

Disappointing Experience with Deceptive Sales Practices This marked my second time dealing with the same salesperson Vito, and I was drawn in by promises of a Black Friday discount, as well as being a returning customer. However, the overall experience turned out to be upsetting. After arriving at the dealership, when I asked about the price negotiation, the salesperson hurriedly pushed to run a credit check, promising a good discount for Black Friday and my loyalty as a returning customer. Unfortunately, after the credit check approval, the promised discount was taken back, with the explanation that discounts were not typically offered. This confusing and frustrating behavior left me feeling pressured into agreeing since they already ran a credit check. Further, upon leaving the dealership, I discovered a scratch/crack on the driver's side door window. The salesperson assured me not to worry, that it would be addressed, either by replacement or a compensatory check, when the technician was available to check it, even called car porter guy as a witness. This commitment turned out to be empty, as after his conversation with the technician, he said it was "nothing" and would not be fixed. If the salesperson had not assured me that it would be addressed, either by replacement or a compensatory check, I would not have left the dealership and would not have agreed to buy the car for this high price in the first place. Within less than a week of getting the vehicle, issues with a knocking noise from the back and heating surfaced, along with a tire pressure sensor problem. Seeking a resolution, I first called the salesperson to inform about the problems, Reminding him these issues should not have occurred given his assurance that all cars would undergo checks and fixes before sale. I also consulted with an independent technician who identified a potential problem with the sway bar/stabilizer link. However, the dealership's service department denied any issues with the suspension, leaving me with unresolved concerns. It turns out the salesperson did not inform the service department about my issues, and there was miscommunication since the service advisor claimed he needed permission from owned-car sales director and would inform me if they intended to do anything. I assume the salesperson and owned-car sales director didn't agree to fix suspension problems, leading to a "no issue in suspension" report. Yes, they changed the wipers, which costs around $10. The salesperson made me feel bad, saying they replaced one tire pressure sensor, something they could deny, despite assuring me that the car had been inspected before sale and was in great shape. In summary, my experience was ruined by broken promises, deceptive sales tactics, and a lack of accountability. The things what the salesperson promised and what actually went down afterward, both by the salesperson and the sales team, left me with disappointment and regret.

Do not buy car from this dealer over the internet

Bought a high priced car over the internet when I took delivery I discovered check engine light on along with some minor shroud damage and a half full gas tank. Attempted to get resolution but dealer just blew me off. Apparently once they get your money then they move on to the next victim. Do not buy over the internet from this dealer. Buyer be aware.

We purchased a 2018 used vehicle and we’re given only 1

We purchased a 2018 used vehicle and we’re given only 1 key fob. I have called numerous times to ask the sales person, David Kay, and have tried to speak with a manger with no response. The cost to get another key fob is $500. Besides this issue, there were other problems we had with the vehicle which took over 1 month to correct. I wouldn’t recommend this place to purchase a car. It’s not the customer service that we have been use to from other dealerships.

Bait and switch fraudulent practices - Quoted a

Bait and switch fraudulent practices - Quoted a price/monthly payment for a car and accepted my deposit to place an order for a 2022 Lexus NX. Once the car was delivered to the dealership, got a text that the monthly payment would be going up due to changes in Lexus corporate incentives. Salesperson sent a text saying "this is not our dealerships fault." Well sadly I'll never own a Lexus again.

Initially, when I inquired about the vehicle they responded right away. then I wanted to see it and called for 2 days before the Mike Brice called me and said the vehicle went to another dealer for warranty work. said he expected the car to be returned at 3pm that day and he personally would call me the minute it came back(and everyone in the building knew he needed to know when it was back so he could contact me) I never heard back from him...not at 3pm, not later that night...not even the next day. I did hear from my original contact the next day who informed me another salesperson took a deposit on the car sight unseen and they weren't aware of this. Bottom line...I've never tried so hard to buy a car and failed! Definitely will not be a customer of this dealership for my future needs!

Good Experience

Our salesman Daniel was very friendly and accommodating. He answered any question I had quickly and precise. I requested pictures and specific information about the vehicle I purchased and he sent it within hours of my request.
