We had gone to three other dealerships before hand and had awful experiences. It was exactly the type of dealership experience you feared. After stopping at Kelley Jeep we were greeted by a super friendly front desk staff and then paired with Dave Strazzere. Dave was fantastic. He was honest, did not push, gave us honest answers to our questions and actually allowed us to make the decision best for our family. He was so helpful and wonderful, and extremely patient. But everyone was amazing. The manager, the finance guy. We never felt like we were being pushed. I walked away with a beautiful Jeep. I highly recommend Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield.

I was treated so poorly at the Service Center with Reis.
I was treated so poorly at the Service Center with Reis. I told him I would provide feedback as I was mistreated and can only imagine how immigrants and people who don’t speak English are treated. He was very sarcastic and unprofessional and the bathroom was dirty. Just a disaster.

I had a really bad experience.
I had a really bad experience. I made an appointment for an oil change and was offered an inspection sticker and said yes. I was told it would be an hour and 45mins and I was fine with the time frame. I waited 2 and a half hours and they never even did my inspection sticker. So I waited that long just for an oil change. I have never waited for my car to be serviced that long and I always did the express lane. I made this appointment because I had a time frame to work with and had other things I needed to do that day on a time frame. What’s the point of making an appointment if I’m going to wait longer than I would if I just drove in? And I didn’t even get serviced what I was told they were going to service. I was almost late picking my son up from school because I waited so long for something that could’ve been done in 30-45mins. I never had this experience going to the express lane. If you have an appointment, your car should be serviced at the time you make the appointment. Thank you.

I just purchased a 2024 jeep Wagoneer, although I had to wait five months, it was well worth it. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with Cristian and Alex. I would recommend them highly to anyone that wants to purchase a car.

My experience with Kelly's Jeep was exemplary. They are always there to assist me in my time of need. The people at Kelly have been fantastic to me starting with the sales manager. Andrew and my new friend Nancy with a laughing face. When I feel comfortable because of the treatment I get from there it makes me want to return the purchase. Another vehicle left in the future. I've already purchased two or three. I don't remember but my sister went there recently because of me and she purchased one. I wish all businesses were of a more personal nature as Kelly is. My car service was quicker than expected really thank these people for such a great service. It took 5 hours to complete the job since it was so extensive but Cleiton was very straight forward with what was going on and made my repair time and expectations meet what I was thinking. No one likes going to the dealer we know this but when I go to jeep now I feel like I have a peace of mind knowing the job is their number one priority
