I recently was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler and had been emailing a few dealers and Shane @ Kelly Jeep was the only dealer that was working with me and answering my questions online. Then he called me on President's Day Weekend to see if I would able to come in take a look at the few we had been discussing...I did go to Kelly Jeep and spoke with Jerry the Sales Manager who assisted me in determining what vehicle I wanted to look at and after taking my test drive he sat with me and we reviewed the options and price...Then he hooked me up with Rob in sales and we completed the paperwork with in an hour and half I had purchased the vehicle that was looking. For there was no pressure and I didn't even feel like I had just bought a vehicle...I can honestly say this is the first time I had ever shopped for a new car on my own and it was the best experience. The people at Kelly Jeep are very knowledgable, courteous, and extremely helpful. I would recommend Kelly Jeep to anyone looking for a great car and a pleasant experience. I definitely have no problem at all to do all my car shopping with Kelly Jeep.

This is my third Jeep Cherokee purchase over the last 7 years. I brought my previous vehicles for maintenance/repairs to Kelly and have always received friendly, yet professional service. When I decided it was time to purchase again, of course, I immediately went to Kelly Jeep. I was greeted by Jerry Loyack who then introduced me to Jim Newbegin. As the sales manager, Jerry was most accommodating and would check in with me from time to time to be sure I was satisfied with my transaction. Jim, my sales person, was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs and what I was looking for. I did not feel that dreaded sales pressure you normally expect. He is one of the most genuine individuals I have met. As a single woman sometimes the car buying experience can be quite difficult, or to some, intimidating. That is not the case with Jim Newbegin. It truly was a pleasant experience. Even when I was waiting on the business manager, Jim did not leave me unattended when he very well could have gone on to another sale. We struck up some small talk and the time flew by. I would definitely recommend Kelly Jeep and Jim Newbegin to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. I also plan on going back at the end of my lease for my next Cherokee! Oh and as far as waiting on the business manager (I apologize for forgetting his name) it was no fault of his that I had to wait. It was the end of Presidents Day weekend and they were very busy.

Working with Scott Lassiter was great experience. After going to other dealers and putting up with the shell game Scott made it very simple and easy. There were no games just straight forward pricing and some negotiation. I would highly recommend anybody looking to buy a vehicle to go to Kelly and request Scott.
