My car was in the shop for two weeks, during which I experienced poor communication and numerous delays. I had to proactively call the dealership for updates, as they rarely reached out to me. I attempted to contact the manager several times, Adam Ragab, but the service department consistently informed me that he was busy or in meetings. They assured me he would return my calls, but he never did. I even sent him an email outlining my concerns, yet he didn’t bother to respond. This lack of accountability likely explains why his service department is so poorly managed under his leadership. The numerous negative reviews from other customers seem to support this conclusion.

He patiently answered all my questions and provided quite a bit of additional detail that helped me make an informed decision. Also kudos to the Sales Manager Cris for understanding my price point and working above and beyond to make the deal happen. He was always positive and respectful, it's wonderful to have a clear communicator in that role with straightforward documentation. Finally, thanks to Larry in the finance office for providing me with reasonable options at close and making what can be a very stressful process relatively simple. In the end I have the vehicle with the specific options I wanted at a reasonable price for all involved. Thanks again!

We had been looking for months and wasted time at other well-known dealers in the area who use such slimy sales tactics. You won't find any of that here.
