Very dissatisfied with this dealers salesman. I spoke to salesman Doran when this 2019 XC90 was posted and told him I was very interested in purchasing this car because I had been looking for this specific model and I told him I even had the bank setup and a 4000 deposit. He said it had to go thru the shop first and that the mechanic told him it needed front brakes and had top be completely serviced before putting it up for sale. He checked and the car was on the lift and that he would call me first the moment it was ready. What a waste of time for my bank and me going to the bank to get cash so when the car was ready I could purchase it right when it supposedly would be ready. Well the Car sold and he had some stupid explanation that didn't even make sense. Thanks a lot for nothing, taking my business elsewhere. He should be fired!!

Unfortunately, not a good experience them. I’d called ahead to see if a Ford Bronco they had was still for sale, and it was still listed on-line on CG. After a 45 minute drive to Jaffarian, they told me that ”the Bronco had been sold a few days ago, but that it was technically still for sale bc the buyer hadn’t signed any paperwork but because someone wanted it, you can’t buy it”. I asked again with a checkbook in my hand so they knew that I was ready to purchase it. They said I should leave my name and number. Super unprofessional, waste of time, and just poor business practices. Stay away!

Terrible communication.
Terrible communication. I talked with them about a vehicle that they were bringing into their inventory before they took possession of it. Then I got an email that it was sold. No communication to me that it was in their possession. Awful customer service.

Very smooth and easy car purchasing experience.
Very smooth and easy car purchasing experience. Car was ready for a test drive at the appointment time, and completing the purchase was straightforward. Bought the car for the price listed on the site. Dealership offered a few additional upsells, but were not overly persistent about it. I live out of state and couldn't pick up the car until a few days later. Luis (my salesman) even picked me up from the train station to bring me to the dealership.

I was looking for a good deal and found one I was interested in online and so I talked with Adrian and he reassured me that this used car is a good deal and so I bought it. He was thorough in explaining everything to me and he was kind. I recommend this dealership.

Purchased new RAV4
Ronnie and Gus went above and beyond to help me pick out the right car. I just purchased a 2024 RAV4. They explained in detail how every icon works. Made it so easy to understand. Great ,reliable dealership.

STAY AWAY
Do NOT go to Jaffarian! They will lie to you to make the sale that they can close that day. They don't preview the vehicle before you pick it up (cracks in windshield) and they forget to give you an inspection sticker and blame you for it. They do not send proper paperwork for plate transfers and make you do it months later. When you try to explain why you are upset after continuous failures on their part (more than shared here) you are dismissed by a manager and told you just have "buyer's remorse" by the GM. Which if they took the time to listen to you instead of dismissing you, they would have known the vehicle was great. The problem was them!

Msrp yes. Trade in is where they try to get you
They sell the highlander hybrid a high demand car for msrp. But they then try to steal your trade a few thousand below KBB. Salesman William didn’t return texts about trade in after getting a deposit when car came in they try to charge you a $2000 reconditioning fee and a certification fee on a a car in excellent condition we canceled the deal and now a couple weeks later no response on getting our $500 deposit back. Medium kbb value $42300. They offered $39000
