Very rude poor communication in service dept.
Very rude poor communication in service dept. from the management down. Women in service dept pay more attention to their nails and receipts than service!

Been there done that service unbelievably extremely poor!
Waste of time - I'm a long time customer and I've been treated very badly. Communication poor....
