I found out that the car I had an appointment to see was

I found out that the car I had an appointment to see was sold before I arrived but no one told me. Once I arrived, with no car to see, they said they would keep me on a call list if that deal fell through. They called me the next day and said the deal had fallen through and did I want the car. I said yes. Did not hear from them, called them back, found out the online listing price was the wrong price, it was actually $4000 higher. This cancelled the deal. What a waste of time, mileage and effort. What poor management. Krystal was the sales person and she did the best she could and was as accommodating and apologetic as she could be given that she did not have any of the correct information. I would recommend her but she works for an inefficient company.

Our sales person was helpful at the start.

Our sales person was helpful at the start. After we decided to make the purchase, things got delayed and there were different situations of miscommunications which I didn't appreciate. it was an average experience
